The donuts have gone downhill severely. The donuts are barely glazed and taste horrible. Whoever does these does a terrible job. The photos are from a couple weeks ago. Today I had 2 chocolate frosted and they tasted horrible. Also had another glazed donut and only the top half is glazed. Lazy at its finest.

Update (March 3): Went in early for a large cold brew with French vanilla swirl and somehow walked out with two back-to-back cups that tasted like straight cold brew with cream. The first one had zero vanilla, so I went back. The second one was supposed to have seven pumps of swirl, but it was just as dark, just as bitter, and still had no vanilla at all. Not even a tiny bit settling at the bottom like it normally does. I’m all for giving places a fair shot, but I shouldn’t be making two trips before the sun comes up just to still end up with a swirl that never swirled. Whatever happened this morning definitely deserves attention.

Easily 5x the staff compared to customers, and while I’m glad they were having fun goofing around, they could care less about actually getting either one of us our orders. After waiting 15mins for 2x bagels, just asked them to cancel the order and walked out.

I’m 95% sure all these kids are blasted out of their minds. Normally I’m easy going with people, I’ve worked here, I get it. But if there’s three people and it’s taken you 20 minutes to get through one, you need to either step it up, or put down the pen. This place SUCKS

It was 15-20 minutes before closing when I pulled up to the drive through. Sat there for five minutes even honked once incase the sensor didn’t tell them. Pulled around to the window. There were two workers in there clearly ignoring us. This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened at this location. The doors also were locked.

I used to go there, and to be honest, I don’t feel like going there anymore after trying to make an online order. Of course, I’ve done it a few times, but all of a sudden, it doesn’t work. I get that life can be hard and jobs can be too, but you wanted to be there, so either go somewhere else or do your job!

Food was okay. Staff is openly very rude and disrespectful, both to customers and each other. A few teenage girls were incredibly rude to customers and older associates, very mouthy and sarcastic. Older woman on drive thru was incredibly mean to one of the managers, using profanity infront of the customer she was serving.

Was in there and a blonde girl was extremely rude as she was slamming cups while making my coffee, smacking her lips and shaking her head at me! I was very surprised as I have been going there for years! Wish I know who the manager was. Can’t believe they are that desperate to hire a person like that! Never again

I always go through the drive through, and everyone regardless of night shift or morning are always nice and polite, I always get a laugh outta some workers and we share conversations. My food is always made with care and appreciation, and I appreciate all of the workers here. I love the butter pecan coffee always my go to for coffee and its made wonderfully. Keep on doing what your doing dunkins!! You rock
