Food is usually served hot and fresh, however good luck getting the correct order in the morning. 3 separate occasions they’ve given me too much, too little, or the wrong thing entirely.
Thursday, after being interrupted 4 times while ordering at the drive thru, I received and was charged twice as much as I ordered.
Today, I was given the wrong order entirely and wasn’t given the drink I was charged for.
It’s not a big deal. I enjoyed my wrong order. I just want the repeated inconsistency of the morning to improve.

If this is the bojangles by the BMW plant off of interstate 85S, then this is your review.
Interesting thing happened while we were there. My husband used the bathroom, ordered a meal.Brought the food to me while he walked the dogs. I am handicapped and need assistance out of our vehicle. My husband helped me out. I hobbled to go inside to use the restroom. We had been traveling 6 hrs. and had 4 more to go.I had just seen a lady go into the building. As I get to the door it was locked. A man who worked there said we are closed. (at 3pm on a Friday?) He also said we are short staffed. I said to him, my husband already got our meals. And I just need to use the restroom, and we had 3 to 4 hours to go.He just shut the door. There were 3 cars at drive through.
I have two theories. Neither one is good. I have owned ethical businesses. Shame this particular franchise may not be one.

If I could rate this a NEGATIVE STAR I would. I will NOT recommend this establishment. I placed an order online in which it said it would be 30 mins. When I arrived I put I was there for the curbside pickup. I waited 20more minutes… I walked inside and the associates were more concerned with serving the cars in the drive thru and the cars being parked in a spot than bringing my order out to me, my food (including my iced tea and lemonade) under a warmer…I then drove the 5 minutes to my destination and the food was barely warm AND didn’t give me all of the items I paid for. I will not be going back and insisting they provide me with the items not provided as it will be warm and I’d just have to reheat it. I refuse to eat here again nor do I condone anyone else eating here. KFC/popeyes/ chic fil a are a better option.

I go to this particular Bojangles because the staff are all friendly and very courteous. They say please and thank you. They apologize if you have to wait, but having to wait is very rare. The young man who is the manager tells his staff thank you. On several occasions I have heard him tell them that he appreciates them. It rare to see such great attitudes and team work! That’s why I choose this store over the newer ones! You have a wonderful team in this store!

They pulled me forward just to be missing 2 of my biscuits. I had to go in to get my 2 that were missing. After opening my biscuits this is what they looked like. Come on ppl. Presentation is lacking very much so. The bo-berry biscuit tasted like dough. Also the managers were in dirty clothes.

Was here almost 30 minutes to place an order and get my food. I was standing at the register for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. 5 customers came in and left because they wouldn’t take their order. They was doing the drive through and acting like they wasn’t customers inside. They should lock the front door if they don’t want to help walk in customers.

I have been going to this Bojangles for a while. The food is usually good. The service is hit or miss. The price has gotten crazy. A steak biscuit combo was $10.55. crazy price. I went right over to McDonald’s and got a combo for $7.00

The Bo chicken sandwich was kinda dry! First time tasting it. After first bite it needed more mayonnaise and pickles! So if you don’t get any extras wait till you get home to dress properly. If you want to choke go ahead!
