The employee that was cleaning tables made some rude comments to several people in our group. We were a wedding party of 14 and when the bride and groom showed up later, she told them that they only had an hour to eat and she wasn’t bringing any more food out. There was only 2 pieces of pizza out and there had been 2-3 tables that had come in about 10-15 minutes before. When she was asked what she was going to feed the other customers, she changed what she said. I will give her props as she was the only employee for the last hour, but I don’t think that she be working in the customer service area. Also my family was there a few weeks ago and she was very rude that time also. Come to find out, she is the manager of the store.

They changed how they make the chicken – It’s overcooked. Fish sticks were added and they were good. The pizza seems overcooked.
The waitstaff was attentive and removed the used plates politely.
The salad bar is as usual.

Friendly staff and great food. Matthew, the young man that cleans up the tables is great! He’s polite and always keeps our table clean of dirty dishes. You can tell he takes pride in his job.

Uncle Frankie had passed away and we needed a place for the family to gather on short notice. There was plenty of room there and the staff was very accommodating. The facility was clean, the coffee was good. I had the salad bar and it was good and reasonably priced. I’m a Pizza Ranch fan anyways but I will be sure to stop there again if I am in the area. Thanks again, guys! It was a pleasurable experience.

We went in for supper prime time, 6:30 pm. There was a half a cheese pizza on the buffet! There was no desert pizza and when asked about it we were told they’d been busy. There was pop pouring out from under the pop machine all over the floor and when told about it they said they were aware. Never saw one manager at all. It was teenagers running the place. They finally brought out breadsticks but left the empty dried up marinara sitting there. By the time we left there were 3 CHEESE pizzas on the buffet. This place costs way too much for what you get! We will not be going back to the Washington Iowa location!

Beautiful inside, that’s all I can say good! I walked in at 5:27 pm Saturday night, barely customers maybe 15 total. Barely any pizza! Barely any dessert pizza left. Waited 30 mins after asking very rude man whom worked there can you go ask if they have the blueberry dessert pizza out. His response: (looks at me eyes bloodshot red, slowly talking) they will bring it out.
Not what I asked! Shouldn’t take 30 mins to come out. Waiting 20 more mins! Almost hour later, no dessert pizza, they cleaned that area and HERE IT IS 6:30 AND THE STAFF ALL TALKING AMONGST THEMSELVES LAUGHING, IGNORING CUSTOMERS OR WALKS AWAY LIKE THEU NEVER HEARD YOU! SHOULD HAVE LEFT FROM BEGINNING WHEN IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO GET TO MY FAMILY AND THEN JUST TO BE STOPPED FROM TAKING OUR ORDER AKA HOW MANY FOR BUFFET! THATS IT! NOPE MANGER INTERRUPTED TO GET MONEY OUT THE TILL JUST TO BUY HERSELF IBUPROFEN FROM WALMART! THE STORE ISNT YOUR PIGGY BANK! AND CUSTOMERS COME FIRST! THIS IS COMING FROM A DISTRICT MANAGER!

The older lady behind the register was rude and disrespectful to the young man working. Very short and snippy to people in line. Said she could only do credit card sales. When I said we were paying by card, she ignored me, snapped at the young man and then walked away. The young man did a nice job, but was flustered by the older lady’s rudness. The rest of the staff were great and friendly.
