I don’t review really at all but this was too ridiculous not to complain about lol. I ordered 20 classic bone in wings and instead got a jumbled mess of poorly sauced boneless wings. Lesson learned, I will never again be a customer of wingstop.

Our host was Melisa, she was very respectful and greeted us with a smile on her face. She was very patient even if our order got a little complicated. She was excited to work, having fun and working hard with her coworkers really brightening up the mood. Tables we clean, food was great, and the atmosphere was perfect. Calm and a great place to sit and eat with someone.

Absolutely vile. Wings were terrible. Dry to the bone… the flats were nothing but skin and the fries were cold and on top of ALL THAT …. THEY FORGOT MY RANCHHHH . Drove all the way home to this mess and when I tried calling I waited for 30 mins with no answer and just hung up . Will never come back .

Pick up order. Fries were cold and they left out all the veggies. Called to speaker to the manager and was put on hold. By the time the manager answered the phone we were able to get back in the car and drive 15 minutes back to the restaurant before they answered. Manager lacked manners and had little concern. Would not recommend. You’re better off going to B-dubs or microwaving frozen wings and fries from pick and save.

I ordered through Door Dash a 6 count chicken tender with fries and veggies. When our food arrived we opened the sealed bag and the fries were missing. Yes we updated Door Dash with this information but I called the store. I asked how was it possible for the establishment to forget the completed order. The person stated, “It’s only 4 of us and it’s really busy”. Leader’s or those in charge need to look at consistency and quality of services being provided. If your establishment is open and serving customers you should ensure quality is provided. It doesn’t take much to ensure your customers are getting what they paid for.

I had to return to the restaurant because my order did not match what was on the receipt, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. When I came back to have it corrected, the staff member claimed I hadn’t mentioned an issue with the fries. I clarified that one of the employees had already placed the fries behind the counter, and my wings were also not cooked as requested. Since both items were part of the same order, I expected the entire issue to be properly acknowledged and resolved without confusion..

First time ordering from here. Ordered online for carryout. Food was ready for pick up in about 15 minutes. Order was correct. Ordered both boneless and traditional wings. Food was pretty good. Reasonably priced. We’ll probably be back.

Wanted to leave a review for Travis, Top Notch A+++ Customer service and friendliness. The guy definitely brings joy and light to the environment and makes you want to come back everyday just to talk to him. I door-dash and he makes sure I never have to wait long as well.
