They offer a variety of sauces and sides, and you can enjoy unlimited chips.
The food tasted fresh and clean, and I didn’t feel heavy or tired afterward.
Prices are a bit higher than regular Mexican restaurants, but the quality, flavor, and atmosphere definitely make it worth it.
A full five-star experience!
Full Review:
I discovered a great local Mexican restaurant.
They offer a wide variety of sauces and sides, and you can enjoy unlimited chips along with your meal.
The ingredients tasted fresh, and the overall flavor felt clean and healthy.
Even after eating, I didn’t feel heavy or tired, which made me think they don’t rely heavily on artificial seasonings to boost flavor — a nice change from many other places.
The price is a bit higher compared to typical Mexican restaurants,
but considering the lively atmosphere, the wide selection of menu items, the fresh ingredients, and the great taste,
it absolutely deserves a five-star rating.
To make things worse, the food quality has gone downhill. It tasted terrible and nothing like the last time I visited. The portion, taste, and overall freshness were very disappointing.
The tacos were especially frustrating. There were only a few small pieces of chicken inside, which made them feel empty and not worth the price at all. It felt like the portion sizes have been reduced significantly compared to before.
The salsa bar was also very limited with barely any options available. Items were either missing or not refilled, which made the experience even more disappointing.
I definitely would not recommend this place anymore. Sadly, this will be my last visit.

When Chef Dines:
It’s a simple bar/eatery place where you order at a counter, but the food is served to your table.
The service is amicable and courteous, and you can feel they want you there, and they care about your experience. The food, unfortunately, is uneven.
We had tried many dishes. Last time we had four, and there’s only one worth another try.
1. Flauta – a la carte $2.75
One with beef or pork. Both were really dry.
2. Tacos $5.97
Three tacos: Pastor + Carnitas + Carne Deshebrada
All three were tender but could use some more seasoning. The good thing is they all came hot. Which is a big plus, since often tacos get less than lukewarm, the moment they end up on a table.
3. Kids Taco $5.75
One Taco al Pastor with beans and rice.
Taco was warm, not seasoned enough, beans and rice flavorless.
4. Chile Colorado Plate $11.95
The best dish on the table. The meat was juicy and tender, nicely seasoned.
In short: (1-5)
* Taste: 2 (Chile Colorado 4)
* Presentation of the dish: 1/2
* Standard of the restaurant: 2
* Waiting time: good
* Dishes worth the money: Almost
* Portion size: Medium
* Service: Very Courteous
* Cleanliness: Good
* Type of restaurant: Everyday eatery/bar
Overall:
Some items are worth another try
