I had a delicious lunch here today! It was my first time trying this restaurant- I’d been looking to find a place that served Mee Goreng, which my partner had been missing since leaving New Zealand. He ordered a version of that with tofu instead of meat, while I ordered the Pad Kra Poa with chicken and a Cendol to drink (a pandan drink, sweetened with brown sugar). I thought everything was delicious! You’ll want to specify how spicy you want your meal- mine was suited to my taste, but my partner was struggling a bit with the spice level of his! The waiter was very nice, the food was a great value, and I’m looking forward to tasting more of the menu on my next visit, as well as checking out the little food market next door.

Food is great, different and tasty. Noodle dishes, soups,, fried rice. It’s corner of the world mixes multiple Asian cruisines into its own unique blend. Neighborhood is so so I would door dash at night.

The food was delicious, we ordered a few dishes to share. Highly recommend the 1/4 chicken, good taste and very tender.

As a Malaysian living in Milwaukee, I’m genuinely grateful to the Rohingya and Burmese community for bringing Malaysian food into the local food scene. It’s not easy finding flavors that truly taste like home, so I was excited to bring my Hispanic husband here to experience Malaysian food beyond my own cooking (which honestly doesn’t do it full justice).
We came during lunch and ordered the Nasi Goreng USA and it tasted exactly like home. The flavors were spot-on and incredibly comforting. While prices here may be slightly higher (which is expected when these dishes are made and sold in the US), the menu offers a great variety of Malaysian dishes that make it well worth it.
The ambiance was also a pleasant surprise, it genuinely felt like being at a mamak back home. Overall, this place is a gem, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to other Malaysians I know here in the States. It’s an okay la kalau rindu makanan Malaysia. Can come here lah, bukan senang nak cari Malaysian food!

5 Stars for flavor. This was the spiciest most tasty meal I have enjoyed in Milwaukee. It was like a melding of Thai and Indian cuisine. We ordered the beef kwe tayo goreng $16 and the chicken biryani $15. Unfortunately, the cut of beef in the noodles was SO tough and chewy it was barely edible. The chicken in the chicken biryani was an actual chicken leg quarter, which made it hard to share. Additionally, they go heavy on the carbs with the rice and noodles and light on the meat and veggies. However, it was so tasty I would definitely go back. The owners are a nice hardworking family. Lincoln Avenue is colorful and exciting, especially at 9 PM on a Saturday night! Just please keep your head on a swivel and don’t linger and gawk like a tourist. Enjoy!

Finally, we could find South East Asian cuisine. This eatery provides Indonesian-Malaysian food (these two countries share almost same food), like Stirred Fried Noodle (Maggie Goreng/Mee Goreng), Es Cendol (here they do not put Palm-sugar or Gula Jawa). The food is decent. The portion is large. Perhaps, one most important is the AC, they need to work on the AC. It’s too warm in the dining area.

This restaurant is a pure gem! I am Indonesian and I can attest that the food here is authentic AND it’s got great value for your $$. Great service. There’s a small asian store right next to it. There’s also a station for Chewing Betel leaf made to order. I haven’t seen this since my grandma passed away a long time ago. This place is legit. If you’re south east asian and miss the food from home, just come here. Or if you are an adventurous eater, I highly recommend this restaurant. This restaurant is Halal.

Went here with my family and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve always ordered on DoorDash, but eating there was a difference experience. Their service is top notch, full of kindness, and generosity. You can tell that the owners and chefs really make their food with love. The flavors are exquisite and will make you feel like you’re in Bali or just eating your mom’s ethnic Asian cooking.
It’s a Burmese/Indonesian fusion. Their drinks are also very tasty too! You can’t go wrong with their Maggie goreng, nasi goreng and more. The cendol and Milo were so delicious and refreshing on a hot day. If you want authentic Asian cuisine, go here!
The space is nice enough to eat as well. It may look like a take out from review pics, but you can dine here for lunch or dinner with loved ones!

Had the Roti Cecang, Tom yum soup, Pattay fried rice and Mee Hailam. Pattay was great! Tom yum had a little more onions than needed but was nice and spicy overall, Mee Hailam was a little sweet but you can ask for it to not be sweet when you order. Roti Cecang was good to. Over all a nice place.
