Racial profiling, the waitress took our drink order, gave us our drinks. Then stood behind the counter with the male cook and another employee, looking at us for at least 10mins and not even come back to take our order. We made eye contact several times. My husband even held up his arm and said excuse loud enough for her to hear. And still she didn’t come back. We were the only two customers in the restaurant. We got up to leave said thank you and left. She still didn’t acknowledge us. I know the manager will reply with a message. But action needs to be taken place instead of saying you apologize. Absolutely horrible experience it’s 2026. And black history month at that.

Food is good when u get everything you order the first time however my wife called in today with a complaint on the food being cold when I literally had to sit and wait on it. A short walk out to the truck open the food up and had to reheat the pancakes and waffle and the eggs.Manager lady inside was rude to my wife saying they were very busy and was sorry we had to reheat the food pretty sure she didn’t care by her tone on the phone. This place needs some order or it’s going to turn out to be just like all the other truck stops pretty pathetic if you ask me

Our service was the poorest I have ever had. There were two different tables that came in after us, got drinks placed order got thier food and left before we got to order let alone eat. VERY SLOW SERVICE!!

Lazy people who don’t even look at the incoming ticket of online orders until someone comes to pick up the order then dazed and confused that a online order comes in, while the cook is on his cell phone texting someone, the other two are confused to even know what’s going on around them, then told it’ll be a while bc the order never got started in the first place! This place lacks integrity, professionalism and frankly good management!!
