I dont like this kinda fast food. But after listening to the raido bout popeyes fried chicken sanwhich .. i figured I’d give it a try.. ordered a chicken fried sandwich.. they replied they dont have fried chicken sandwiches.. well, i ordered the blackend Chicken Sandwich.. look at the pics.. speak for themselves.. no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onion, just a dry old dark chicke sandwich.. was disappointed.. but i must say .. the meat was tender and had good flavor.. but won’t ever go back

I’ve eaten at Popeyes many times and know how their chicken is supposed to taste. I went though the drive-through and got a box of chicken and two chicken sandwiches – all spicy. When I got home (45 min away), we found that all of the chicken had been completely doused in cayenne. I’m not talking about a little too hot. It was inedible. The picture is the chicken with the breading removed. This is the third time food was messed up. I contacted corporate on their website. They do not care. They leave it up to individual restaurants to set their “refund policy”, which in this case meant completely ignore customer.

So apparently they close at 11pm right, i try coming in one day at 10 and the front doors are locked so i said maybe they closed early today so i come on a different day at 9pm and the doors are still locked the employees just walked past me and ignored me i dont know why they close the front door hours before they are actually supposed to close just lazy people.

The wonderful (that’s sarcastic) employees working the drive thru told us we could not get the blackened chicken wrap and that it was only available through the app when I had gotten the wrap a couple weeks earlier. They just decided they didn’t want to make it and lied to our faces. Not sure who does the hiring and training. But you failed miserably.

Counter staff were great. Food was ok (first time for me). Got a family meal with the signature chicken of both regular and spicy. Dining area looked clean. Restroom was a disaster.

The kid at the counter was nice. We had to pull into parking spot for our food which is fine. The issues started when we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. When we got home we noticed there was no biscuits and one of the Bavon & Cheese sandwiches was wrong (no bacon, no lettuce, no pickles, no cheese). It was just chicken, bun, and mayo. We had ordered 2 identical meals. There was barely anyone there. I saw only one customer inside and only 1 car went through the drive thru during the 20 mins. Everytime I go there, there is something wrong. This was the last time. I will drive to Santa Rosa.
Looking over other reviews, the owner needs new management staff ASAP.
