I usually don’t leave reviews however I was very impressed with Breydon tonight. It’s was something simple and it’s really just that he did his job correctly when he could have easily done it differently. I bought a dozen cookies and 2 cookies was being difficult and wouldn’t sit in the box correctly. A very quick couple second fix. However, it took a lot longer than a couple seconds. And that was because he did the correct thing and walked to the other side of the meal prep area to grab gloves and come back and put his gloves on for such a simple very quick task. He was very professional and polite and the sandwiches we got and cookies were all great. I loved to see his integrity shine bright. Keep up the great work Breydon.

New kid trying his hardest and the girl who’s working with him is too busy talking to the gas stations attendants. I had another lady behind me took 20 minutes for 6 inch sub. Poor kid was trying his hardest. I had to wait for him to finish the sub he was working on for a Togo. The re are Lots of employees always hanging out in the store off shift. Very unprofessional. Lots of inappropriate conversation. I was surprised when the girl came over because if I was working with anyone and saw customers waiting to be helped I’d stop talking and help them even if I didn’t like my coworker( who’s totally new) manager needs to watch the videos and fix how much they hang out in this store !

I have had the best customer service and the best sandwiches I have had at any Subway anywhere in this nation and I have been all over fro Seattle to San Diego, New York, North Carolina and all points in between. There’s a slender young woman who primarily works there as of this 2024 writing who goes out of her way to make things great. She doesn’t fool around and is always on task, present and professional. I crave the BMT which she makes exceptional every time. I often order sandwiches for my friends that they rave about. Best game in town! If you are hungry and want something, quick, easy, nutritious, and affordable you can’t go wrong here. It is co located in a gas station/liquor store and next to a farm supply so you have no reason to stop and get yourself the best sandwich you have had I awhile. I love this Subway and I’ll keep coming back as long as I can!

So I ordered a salad. Got all the fixing. My salad was done and ready to pay for. They tell me “oh by the way” we don’t have any forks”. Now how am I supposed to eat a salad without a fork. “You can go down the block to little Sandy’s restaurant, i am sure they can give you a fork.” Really subway you can do better. I felt bad for the girl. Not her fault.

Foods not bad I mean it’s subway. But unless you’re going in to order, I wouldn’t place orders online. They don’t really pay attention to the orders you place online. I’ve ordered a few times and it’s almost always wrong or missing something. Are most recent order we ordered the same sandwiches except one had extra sauce and tomatoes and spinach. The one that had tomatoes etc was not made with them. Instead we got two made the exact same but both with extra sauce that were mostly just sauce at that point. They just don’t pay attention to what you order, or order notes.

I sent my husband to buy 2 salad. When he returned the salads had 1/4 cup of lettuce and the entire salads were less than a cup. This was with all the toppings Needless to say that’s the last salad I’ll buy from them

Given that this subway location is the only fast food available in bruceton I understand if & when they run into “problems.” However, there is AWLAYS a problem here. I don’t believe there has ever been a time that I’ve gone to this location & everything’s been stocked, fresh, & in working order. Something is always wrong. I’ve had good, uh editable, and absolutely disgusting sandwiches from this location. Depends on who makes it, & if they have all fresh bread, veggies, cheese, & meat (which is never the case,) & if if all the equipment is working. it’s just a super poorly kept together establishment with mediocre employees & the worst type of owner.

I went today and waited for 20 minutes and never got served. The guy working was sweeping the floor and purposely not taking customer orders. I will not be back after this experience. The people at the gas station register said to not even waste the time.

Went in tonight, had a sandwich made only to find out there were no toppings to go on top of it…no tomatoes, no onions. So, when I ask for extra mayo, oil, and vinegar to give my sandwich a little liquid, instead of being completely dry, she looked at me like I was crazy! Stay in your lane and do your job! I’ll be talking to your boss in the morning!
