When asking for help they straight up ignored me and when I asked them for my order they said it wasn’t ready yet I had ordered in their app to come pick it up after work and I had to wait a whole hour from the time I placed the order at 7:49 till 8:50 when I finally received my order I got to chec and they are missing my fries. Service is incredibly slow the staff is unreliable and when you get your order expect for it to be someone else’s or be missing something.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla with chicken and when I took a bite it was cold and the chicken was dry and burnt. I opened the quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t an even melted. It was still in its original form. As I was speaking to the workers the main manager walked up and he understood my concern. He was nice enough to get my order fixed although I think a refund and free food would have been better. But I do appreciate the managers effort. I am leaving a 1 star as motivation for the crew so they can become a better team and deliver better quesadillas.

The pollo tropical in 26 street give terrible service, you ask for a whole chicken and they give you all chicken breast. It’s been several times that they do this. If I wanted extra chicken breast I would ask for it. Brought it to the attention of the night shift manager and he mocked me.

When will corporate do something about the food issues here I officially will not be eating Pollo tropical until these issues are fixed. Everyone else should do the same. The rice was hard, the beans tasted smoky and over salted! And worst of all the chicken was RAW! Pollo tropical needs to be more stringent on the food handling too I’ve seen employees using the same tongs for raw chicken and cooked. I swear I’m about to report them for not safely handling the food! My whole family was sick last night my husband threw up this is ridiculous already. It’s no wonder they couldn’t stay open in other states because other states won’t put up with this

This place actually surprised me… I was not expecting the food to be as good as the layout of this location. Do not let an outward appearance deceive you! The food was really really delicious and big portions for a good price! My only complaint here was the amount of time we waited for our food… We probably waited anywhere from 25 to 30 minutes for food! But I was just glad to see people they’re making food! It was still on shower at so they were fairly busy! We got a few different items there but I will say that the food, especially the chicken, was very flavorful and delicious!

I like the customer service, but the only downside is that I get overcharged for a regular fountain drink when I order a combo, and because no one speaks English, I can’t ask why and get it taken care of. But I like the food. I wish someone could talk to me in English.

Pollo Tropical getting a lil expensive.will not be able to visit as often. I do want to commend the team at this store they are so nice!! The waiting might be long but service friendly. Food delicious.

I was just in the drive-thru and as I was ordering the tropichops I noticed when the worker read back the order that she didnt say “veggie tropichop. I then asked her to confirm there is no meat on the tropichops. She got flustered and gave me an attitude back saying “bueno tu no dijiste eso. Y siempre vienen con pollo.” I reminded her that I said a veggie tropichop and she continued to have attitude. When i arrived at the window I asked the kind young man who was the person speaking through the drive-thru and he said it was the manager Liz. I do not think her attitude is a great representation of how this tropichop runs. During my wait for my food they give me my order of yuca which is not even half way full. When the young man asks the manager why I got such a small amount she said “bueno eso es lo que queda. Si quiere mas tiene que esperar como 3 minutos.” Obviously ill wait for the order I purchased. Why would you give me less than what I paid for.

Very bad experience, ordered a family whole chicken with three sides and did not get the fries nor the bread. There is not a number to call directly to the restaurant, it is a number for general questions and nobody answer.
