The service was slow. We had a group of 4 sit down after me and they got their food before I did and I placed way b4 they did. The waitress was nice but she didn’t communicate items that they were out off that we had placed. There was no communication saying that what we ordered was taking longer then expected. If they cleared up the communication problems in the kitchen I think it would be a lot better

Service was awful. Ordered 10 minutes after being seated, drinks came 30 minutes later, food another 20 after that. Our table wasn’t bussed, several tables near us weren’t bussed in the 2 hours we were there, including one that was dirty when we sat down. Our waitress didn’t check on us once without us calling to her, she forgot my drink, then got it wrong. We didn’t get part of our food order. Heard another waitress saying there was no clean silverware.
When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn’t one on site, and to wait if we wanted to talk to one when he got in (another 15 minutes).
Heard multiple other tables complaining about their food being cold and having wrong items brought out. There was a line at the door to be seated, because there wasn’t clean tables or silverware.
Very poor experience. I will not be returning.

My granddaughter and I came to Ihop for nana, granddaughter time as she requested. She ordered from the kids menu I ordered a Chicken Sandwich. It took about 25 minutes before we got our food. Let me step back a minute it was about 12:15 when we got there. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. There were about 6 tables being used in the entire place. My grand and I waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Once seated we waited about 10 minutes before the waitress came take our order, then another 5 minuets she returned with the ice water and lemon that I ordered and the shake my grand ordered. We ordered our food right away after receiving our drinks. So after a 25 minute wait the food came to us. Everything looked good except my sandwich didn’t have any sauce on it. Once I cut the sandwich in half, then in quarters I saw that my sandwich wasn’t cooked nor had it been checked for the correct temperature reading. The pictures show a raw chicken sandwich.

Every negative comment about this place is true. I had to get our way to take our orders and then it took almost an hour for the food to come out. 15 to 20 minutes for us to get waters. After an hour wait we got one burger that was ordered out of the four orders. And not only was the burger made in correctly it was cold. I also overheard one of the staff members tell their customers that the kooks dropped a bunch of pancakes on the floor. Just makes me wonder how sanitary their kitchen is. Never going back there again. The water was good though. Lol

What I ate their was a stuffed toast sticks and eggs with a hashbrowns and bacon it did take a while to get served but it was definitely worth the wait

Worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. We were seated quickly and the waitress got our drink orders, but 15 minutes later we had nothing. Another server eventually came by and got our drink orders again and our food orders. Another 40 minutes later we had drinks but no food. Eventually we were told our food was being remade because it was done wrong. The french fryer was also down. Other patrons were complaining about similar terrible service and a complete lack of supplies in the ladies restroom. It’s not like it was even busy. They had plenty of workers and few patrons. We were very hungry, so we just left and went somewhere else.

This place is a solid okay. It’s gross when you don’t order eggs and yet find bits in your to-go order’s hashbrowns. I ordered steak tips and got shrimp with them, rechecked the ticket and I definitely didn’t order that part. Glad I wasn’t allergic, just deathly hate seafood. I’ve had an entire stack of pancakes forgotten by them, and the time before that my toast that I paid extra for. Realized they skipped me on my toast another time when I got a piece with my order. Check your bag, and order with care. Still will probably continue to go because the food is pretty good and it’s easy to order, with good value. It’s small things but I’ve never gotten a correct order when I’ve ordered to-go. Dine-in experience is nice, waitress was friendly despite the fact that she was going through some things with the staff. Still better than Denny’s.

The service was very friendly. Much better experience today then my visit last July.
The food however was slightly ok. Omelet did not taste freshly made – and the size was miniature compared to other restaurants. My daughter couldn’t even stomach the chicken tenders, and she said the pancakes were lacking in fluffy ness and were a bit dry.
But the service was exceptional. Keep the staff smiling, and if you can increase the food quality you’ll have an great little place
