This restaurants need some cleaning.
I purchased a number 10 meal. Which was a chicken sandwich, French and a drink. A french fries was not fresh the sandwich was just okay. The only thing good about this meal was the drink. Which was a Dr. Pepper.

This must be the slowest drive-through in America. Routinely takes about 10 minutes to get your order, even when no one else is in line. Food tastes OK but burgers always look a little gray. Sometimes they put seasoning on the French fries and they taste awesome, and other times they do not. Not sure why.

Very disappointed!! This is one of the last few Hardee’s that has Fried Chicken. Twice I tried to get an 8 piece chicken box only to find it is so dried up,so overcooked, so left under the lamps and I’m guessing because I’ve never seen such dried up chicken. Don’t bother, better options in west point!

Employees slow and lazy
I saw the lady standing by the hot rack waiting on the burger and she shook her head side to side looking in the cooks direction. She was polite said they were cooking the meat.
Something told me told look at the burger and when I opened I’m glad I did. It had a nasty smell to it and looked like the cook did something to my food. I took it back for a refund. Never again

Don’t go here if you want to get food or make it to work on time. 15 minutes in the drive through before a single car is given food, all for your order to be wrong. Can’t even make a cheeseburger right.

Ok so the food was ok 40$ for four people is so so, I wanna note the dinning area looked clean but somewhat alittle dusty , the workers are freindly but becuase the kitchen is open to the dinning room you can hear everyone yelling/loud at one another , the major downside of the place is the bathroom is “nasty” management please have it renovated I will say I seen someone working on the exterior of the building/contractor so that’s nice shows upkeep is in progress

I haven’t been to Hardee’s in probably a year. Tonight I ordered through the drive through. I was the only one in line at 8:25 pm and got my food at 8:46. I order a 5 piece chicken platter and a chicken BLT and 2 strawberry shakes. Both shakes were thin. I was given the 2 shakes at 8:35, 11 minutes before my food came out. My chicken BLT was missing the tomatoes and it had 1 piece of lettuce and our fries were cold—not hot, not warm—cold. I realize there’s a labor shortage, but please do better.
Update 5-3-2025: I ordered online for pickup at the window. Both burger orders were wrong (missing pickles and extra lettuce) and the cashier insisted that I didn’t order pickles or extra lettuce. How hard is it to look at a monitor and make a burger the correct way?

Ordered 2 piece chicken snack and large fry. I live 5 miles away. Got home and realized I got dry hard chicken breast and dry wing. Bread was fresh. Got about 10 cold fries. If I lived closer I would have taken food back. Next time I’ll check food before I leave

After reading some of the recent reviews… not much has changed. The dining room had NO clean tables & only 1 other couple dining inside (we were a party of 4). There were 2 tables closed off due to water leaking from the ceiling. The self-serve drink area – disgusting! Spills all over & looked sticky. Speaking of sticky, so was the floor!
When ordering, cashier walked away with out a word. I guess his key card wasn’t working? He came back & we started over. Took our order, no greeting, no “for here, or to go?” Nothing, just a total. When our food was finally ready, he did carry it over to us as we were seated at 2 – 2-top tables that we wiped ourselves, but it was in a to-go bag.
The bathrooms, well – no thank you!
The kitchen staff, could be heard at the back of the dining room.
Hardee’s you have good food, but the experience is not as satisfying… please do better, thank you!

This restaurant is fantastic. I would go out of my way to eat here. It is totally changed from what it used to be. It’s time to come back to Hardee’s.
