Ordered online was given a 30min wait time and it’s taken over an hour. This location is consistently under staffed or under skilled. I’m polite and wait my turn but it’s pretty ridiculous. I’ve watched one order go out every 15 min since I’ve been here. Those ovens only take 8-12 minutes. So many people here because barely anyone is leaving with their order.

I had a small issue with my order at first, but the store was completely overwhelmed with angry customers and delivery drivers, so I didn’t bring it up while I was there. Instead, I called later to let them know about the problem, and Mateo actually contacted me personally afterward to make it right, which I really appreciated. When I came back to pick up the replacement pizzas, they were fresh and ready for me. Mistakes happen anywhere, but great customer service is what matters, and the team handled it really well. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again!

Ordered a hot and ready that supposedly be ready but it was not , they said to wait 10 minutes, after 10 minutes order was still not ready, almost waited another 10 minutes in the lobby and nothing, I had to ask about order and was not ready, they just grabbed a pizza randomly, since I was already upset for the extra long time I didn’t check the pizza, when I got to my place about 10 minutes away from the pizza place I found that the pizza was burnt. Shame on this location.

This has got to be one the worst places I have ever been too. I waited over an hour to get just 2 simple pizzas that were pre-ordered ONLINE. In the span of that hour I saw at least 3-4 other customers become so upset with the service that they began to argue with the staff and all the staff did was laugh and act like they were going to go outside to “fight or confront” the customer. This is absolutely outrageous. On top of all of that they couldn’t even fulfill our order.

I dont know why I order from here. They sent notification to pick up the pizza for them to tell me the order is not ready. This is not the first time this has happened. Management definitely needs to be changed or more involved in operations of this location

I would give zero stars if I could. Little Caesars pizza is actually pretty good if you order a fresh one, so we ordered two. It was clear from the moment we opened the box that they just used hot n ready’s that were HOURS OLD. I am absolutely disgusted with my food and with the audacity of this establishment to CHARGE ME for their TRASH. Not to mention they didn’t even get our order right! Gave us one wrong pizza. It was obvious that the staff doesn’t have adequate support. Perhaps little Caesars should take better care of their employees so they can take better care of their customers. I do not recommend this establishment.

This is by far the worst Little Caesars in Houston!!! Even when you order online way ahead of time they never have the order ready. The cashier’s are always in a shitty mood. They’re always under staffed and they never even try to be apologetic about it. Like the least you can do is be nice and say it nicely not have some cashier with such a shitty attitude it seems like they want to fight everyone. They need to shut this place down or revamp the entire staff!! I will start taking my business elsewhere
