My recent experiences with Suzie at this Taco Bell have been very disappointing. She often behaves unprofessionally, especially when training new employees. She raises her voice at them in front of customers, which creates a very uncomfortable environment.
In addition, she tends to be confrontational and doesn’t provide good customer service. I also witnessed her speaking negatively about other employees and making inappropriate comments about their appearance. This kind of behavior is upsetting and not acceptable in a workplace.
I hope management addresses these issues, as they greatly affect both the employees and the overall customer experience. All what she knows what to do best is gossip!!!! Ask for Anna best of the best

Over an hour from waiting in line to getting food. Then get home and order is messed up. One job, literally one job to make food and get order right and that can’t even be done. This Taco Bell needs to hire more people ASAP. You know the RTU is here and yet you have 2 people working their butts off to handle the customers. That’s 100% on management or lack there of. However the order being incorrect falls on the employees working today. So after an hour of waiting and being hungry, had to make something at home because order was all kinds of wrong.

Horrible, 3 people working, and 1 manager, 14 people waiting for their order to be done. Receipt shows 1 p.m., no orders to go have been called, it is 1:20 p.m.. Worst experience ever, and lunchtime is already over. Completely unorganized. Pictures depict the situation of people waiting with no takeout food in site.

Walked over there in the blazing heat – 30 minutes before they closed – was told they aren’t taking orders anymore. Some kind employee took pitty on me as literally everything on this base was closed and squeezed in my order. I ordered a nachos Bella grande and it came with no cheese or sour cream and I wound up tossing it. It sounds like they need more employees as the two looked overworked but they literally turned away 5-10 folks when there is nowhere else to eat on base.

Someone said it gets busy give them some slack? They know it gets busy and should have more workers. If you don’t mind getting ignored while waiting to order and then waiting another 20-40 minutes for your food this is the place for you. Food is good though

Employees are rude, the wait is very long for the food. Definitely NOT a fast food place the management should be re trained as should the rest of the employees

Am enjoying the “Where’s Waldo” of it all…the location moves all around google maps, once found it on top of a mountain…can’t wait to see where it goes next week…one thing for sure, gotta visit “JJ’s” if I ever get to the area, just to compare. I have never patronized this particular one, although, Taco Bell is pretty much Taco Bell, no matter WHERE it is!

The food is great but the only thing that will stop me from coming in the future is the manager miss Alexandria. The way she spoke to her employee triston was beyond disrespectful and in the work environments I feel as if everyone needs to be respectful
