I paid almost $60 for my delivery order. I stated on my order FOUR times for my pizza and wings to be WELL DONE. My food was delivered, open the boxes and my pizza wasn’t cut, the pizza was soggy, toppings all falling off. I’m highly upset. I would not order from them. I called back up to the store and told them I was unsatisfied and nothing was done.

So I got into town here and I decided to get something new and different named pizza, so I saw IMOS pizza and I ordered online and it was done before the time. I got the works pizza medium size and an order of the ravioli (which I was surprised it didnt have cheese in it just meat so i was like wasn’t expecting that ) still all is good fantastic and definitely recommend them.

Ordered, took two hours for delivery, everything was cold. Cold, greasy, unappealing. Gas station pizza is better and costs much less. The cheese garlic bread appears to be a hotdog bun.

Unable to eat my salad since there was a long piece of hair in my food. I called and spoke to the manager sterling who told me I had to bring the salad back to the store. I don’t live close to this location and unfortunately there was nothing done for the inconvenience. Just beware

I’m upset because poor business practice would charge my card at 4:00 AM for an amount I paid in person by debit. It seems fraudulent, I’ve requested a refund and I’m blocking the merchant. We don’t want to hear that cash only crap…. y’all getting over on the BLACK community my receipt is dated for Friday April 4th, the second charge was April 8th…DO GOOD BUSINESS OR MOVE ON!
