Customer service is terrible. Not a friendly environment at all. It always smells weird my sandwich is always made wrong when the lady makes it. Bread is always over toasted and hard and sandwiches are always made slowly and hen she makes them.

It was the absolute worst experience I’ve had.. I ordered online and when they said it was supposed to be ready, it wasn’t. Waited over an hour for it to be ready. They were out of almost everything. Finally got these nasty disgusting excuses for sandwiches and everything was wrong. The ham tasted like it was bad. I don’t even know what they did to the other sandwich. It was mainly a soggy piece of bread. I definitely won’t be going back

The whole supply chain excuse is old…. How can you constantly be out of half the menu? No bacon, no avocado, soda cooler only has coke, out of most varieties of chips…
That’s either poor management or someone is walking out with all the inventory. Possibly both, either way Subway has it on the menu there should be some available for customers.
Very disappointing.

Arrived at 4:00pm there was no hot food. I had to settle for a loaf of bread and Vienna sausages, and potted meat. mmmm not !!!! Place is filthy dirty. This is why the mom and pop truck stops are going out of business. Get it together guys and gals. I won’t ever return.
