I would give this place a 0 if I could. Went there yesterday to grab a turkey sandwich, I had to repeat my order to the worker 3 different times because “He had bad memory”, whatever, I got my sandwich and when I went to open it it was completely not what I ordered, gave me ham and bacon and other items that I did not ask for!!?? Very annoying when you spend $10 on a singular sandwich and its completely wrong after you repeated yourself 3 times. Tried to call the store multiple times and got nothing, not even a voicemail. I’m very disappointed because I used to work here and love the food, and also know that the workers are supposed to fill out the bag as you order, so they don’t forget…..dont eat here lol.

Decent sandwiches. Would give it a 3.5 if the option was there. A little above average. As you can see by the pictures, there was a lot of meat and topping on the sub. The bread is definitely not the strong point of the sandwich. Quality of the topping was good.

With the plethora of “sub shops” around they need to step up their game to keep customers coming back.

Absolutely horrendous. You’re better off eating the roller grill at Thornton’s. Three of four sandwiches were wrong. Didn’t have any avocado that day but didn’t tell us until the avocado sandwich had no avocado and told them. Bought a $10 shake and they didn’t include it – then said ‘we don’t carry that shake’ even though I pointed to it on the menu behind him. He said he would make it “this one time” and made a 16 ounce instead of the 32 we paid for. So much was wrong, I just gave up. My $16 sandwich was so bad I just threw it away. Avoid at all costs. It’s ashamed because it used to be so good. Other people in at the same time we’re having the same issues.

The food is good and I like that you can mark the bags. Prices of kids’ meals were $6.00, not $5.50 as posted. Also, if you want fries instead of chips, it is an additional $3.00 in which they do not tell you unless you question it. Also, make sure you get everything before you leave. They forgot a sandwich, chips, and the kids’ prize, which is a small container consisting of 10 M&Ms.

The new workers here have absolutely ruined what USED to be a great little sandwich shop. Multiple times I’ve ordered and not only has my food not been ready , but the last time I went to get my online order they did not have the meat for my sandwich and they explicitly said “ We tried to call you to get a substitution.” Not ONCE did I get a call and I wasn’t notified until I showed up to pick up my online order. Just absolutely horrendous communication between the workers and just a bad experience overall. Never coming here again and I hope other’s avoid the headache of coming to this place.

We had a free sandwich to get through your app but was told we couldn’t redeem it after we tried to use it and the timer on the app timed out and took the reward points anyway. Also there was no manager on site to correct the issue. Too high A price for the subpar quality of food and feels like a scam. Fix this or never coming back. I hope this one closes too.

I used to be a big fan. It had been awhile since I been there and I ordered my usual (a blt) only to discover they put gummy gross fatty bacon bits instead of bacon. It was seriously discusting to bite into. I went back through and asked about it (remembering they used real bacon all my previous visits ) and they said the owner refuses to purchase bacon for their blts and it will be the gross bacon bits on that sandwich from now on. When i asked for a refund (I was polite) they gave me fuss about refunding my entire order before fullfilling the refund request. I had to insist. Because of all this I won’t be coming back or referring anyone anymore.

Ps. I noticed this restaurant has a lot of negative reviews. I sincerely hope they take these reviews as a sign to do better and make improvements in the quality of food they are serving and the quality of service they are providing to the customers that keep them relevant.

This restaurant is probably the epitome of average. The experience is weird. You go up and select a bag, then use a communal marker to fill in what you want, like you are taking a test. I’m not sure what advantage this has over ordering at the register or on the assembly line like other sandwich shops.

Not from area but stopped in to get gas and a sandwich for my road trip. I have never eaten at a which which so I was unfamiliar with the process. The sandwich maker was helpful but after I put my order up this angry guy comes up and starts getting short with me about not filling out the paper for the fries. He grabs the paper forcefully and scribbles the order. To my disbelief I look at his tag and it was the general manager. I couldn’t believe the attitude and lack of customer service that he had.
