I hate to be that guy, but this time I’m going to. I pull in with three cars in the Drive-Thru in front of me. I pulled to the speaker and within 30 seconds and grade it with a I will be right with you. Roughly 4 minutes later my order was taken. I reviewed the digital board to ensure that it was correct after repeating my order twice .I pull around and 20 minutes before I got to the window. The order I received was incorrect and noted it before accepting it. It was supposed to be iced but rather was hot. The server immediately said they would remake it. And less than a minute later I had my drink. Oddly enough, pretty sure they just switched cups, dumped it over some ice and went on other merry way. Overall just a bad experience. Between the wait and everything else.

In town to visit family and wanted Starbucks at 5:30 AM on 11/29/25. Ordered through the app like I always do. Said my order would be ready at approximately 5:37. I pulled up to the drive thru at 5:36 and said I had a mobile order. The employee said “It’s only been 4 minutes, I guess you can pull around and wait”. I was 1 minute early from the estimated quoted time, so I’m not sure why I got the response I did. No other cars were in the drive thru so I didn’t mind waiting if my order wasn’t ready. When our order was ready an employee opens the window and says “here” and shoved the drink carrier at me. All while another employee was standing next to her laughing. They closed the window and continued laughing. I’m not sure what I did to be laughed at or treated like that but I definitely won’t be returning. I’ve never had a bad experience at Starbucks in Indianapolis so this was totally surprising to me.

Wonderful coffee. But if you don’t want coffee they have other options. I love getting a dragon drink refresher but I add vanilla sweet cream. Delicious. And they have a spinach wrap that pairs perfectly.

I’m new to the area and was excited to have a Starbucks nearby. Everyime I’ve tried to do mobile order it’s a “20+ minute” wait time. Once I placed my order at 8a to make sure it would be ready when I drove by. It wasn’t and it still took a total of 50mins to get my order. I check every few days and it’s the same wait time. Doesn’t matter the day of the week, weather, time. Ridiculous to have such slow service consistently. I’ve cut Starbucks out of my diet because of this one location. To see the other reviews and realize that this is normal for this location is unacceptable. I could go to a sit-down restaurant and get quicker service for cheaper. Ridiculous.

Ever since the new store manager took over . Everything has gone down hill. Always out of items . I mean out of many things at once. Overall she isnt a good manager at all. The employees seem more uptight now as well. The environment used to seem alot more uplifted before. She has been rude many many times. Not taking orders right at all. Acting like its your problem. I come to this location everyday.(not so much these days ) So I am very much aware of how this store has gone down hill since she took over. I’ve contacted her higher ups , but haven’t heard anything back. Please please please go to a different location if you can. Target has a nice one . Try there .

Paid for two Frappuccinos, waited over thirty minutes for a venti caramel ribbon crunch and a grande mocha Frappuccino. Received a mocha cookie crumble instead of the mocha, which could’ve been fine but both drinks tasted terrible. Not sweet at all, just tasted like weirdly bitter ice. Complete waste of money and time. Server was unfriendly, completely straight faced and moved slow, despite the line being long.

This location is definitely not my favorite. I just happened to come here when I am passing it to be somewhere but it never fails that I get crappy Frapps. I paid for a Pumpkin Spice Blended drink and it tasted like they never blended it at all. This always happens at this one location. Im not sure what kind of training these employees are recieving but it needs to be better. They also dont ever let you know when your order is ready when you order from the app. There was no reason for my order to have come out the way it did, considering how slow they were in the inside. Starbucks isn’t the cheapest place to buy coffee so its expected that our drinks are made correctly and not half assed.

This Starbucks used to be my wife’s favorite location. She’d look forward to her coffee and the positive atmosphere.
That’s all gone now, thanks to the manager, Liz. The way she talks to my wife is just plain rude and condescending. She has this way of making you feel like you’re a nuisance. My wife actually gets anxiety now about going in, worried she’ll have to deal with Liz’s attitude.
It’s a shame that one person can take a place people are supposed to enjoy and make it feel so unwelcoming. We’re done here, until something changes. We’ll be getting our coffee somewhere else that treats you with respect.

Exceptionally clean and well maintained public areas. Crew is helpful and friendly. Good selection of food items for breakfast and lunch on hand with good levels of inventory to accommodate demand. In addition, this location does have “Nitro” cold brew.

I’ve gone to this store twice and have been there right at opening. I’m not sure how they operate in other stores, but they are always rushing trying to get everything ready and brewed up. I guess they don’t come in early to do that? The 1st time, I was told it would be 15 mins to get coffee brewed. Mind you, the store is open at this point. The 2nd time I stood there for almost 5 mins without anyone else in the store waiting to get my drink order taken. There were 3 people that I saw working at that time. It is very hit and miss when you go.
