We had much higher expectations of this place given the reviews and awards. Sadly, we left disappointed by the price paid for very mediocre food. We tried several items and the meal didn’t come close to the food/steak we recently had at Hanks at GVR.

The meat was ok. I know you let meat “rest”, but one was basically cold and unenjoyable. Shrimp was ok, French Onion soup was good, and sides ok to good.

The chocolate souffle looked beautiful and impressive, but was not cooked properly and had a crusty rim. The bread basket was good, and we enjoyed the flatbread.

Service was good, no complaints there. We were unimpressed by what came out of the kitchen though.

Overall, a high price tag for very basic food. Would not return. There are several other (better) steak places in Vegas! Save your money and skip this one.

Wow. My new favorite steakhouse, period. Slick and inviting decor, we couldn’t wait to be seated. Service was impeccable from start to finish, they know how to treat their customers. Water, table breads and drinks on the table immediately. The lobster bisque was excellent, and the calamari super succulent. I noticed they had sea bass and just couldn’t resist. It was cooked to absolute perfection, on a bed of delicious vegetables. The mashed potatoes were obviously freshly made, and the sweet potato wedges were perfect. I highly recommend Anthony’s, it’s an amazing experience for fine food lovers.

I appreciate the unlimited Lobster for $100. Plus drink and additional items.
The 6 Lobsters I ate was the highlight.
The fried rice was very good.
Fruit was very good.
Salmon very good.
The other items didn’t do anything for me.
The dessert’s were the worst of all items.
I would probably not go again.
Let me add. The service from the help was very good and worthy of their $40. Tip.

After booking ahead a month ago, the day finally arrived. This Steakhouse’s gourmet buffet was as good as advertised. The lobster bisque was probably the best I have ever had! Other items didn’t disappoint me at all, although the chef could use a little less salt. Those French pastries were great, and the crème brûlée tasted like the regular order from a fine-dining restaurant.
Moreover, Julio, the manager made the experience even better. Thank you, Julio, for your service and taking the time for some chit-chat!! I am looking forward to visiting you and your wonderful establishment again in the near future.

Really Want to Love This Place Again!!
Anthony’s Prime Steak and Seafood- M Resort and Casino Henderson NV

A YEAR AGO:
I’m honestly bummed writing this because our previous visit to Anthony’s Prime Steak was incredible. We’re pretty serious about food, we eat at nice restaurants all the time and this place just blew us away. Two older gentlemen took care of us like pros. They’d clear crumbs between courses, keep our water and cocktails topped off, and just had this calm, confident way about them. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing and understood what people expect when they’re dropping $700 on dinner for four. The food was outstanding too. We raved about it for weeks.

LAST NIGHT: 12/25/2025
So last night we came back with our daughter excited to show her what we’d been talking about.
It just wasn’t the same. Our young server was nice, but unpolished and had no charisma. He seemed rushed, didn’t really make eye contact or offer suggestions, and at one point stood behind me to ask a question which felt awkward. The food runner was so rushed they were practically dropping plates on the table and talking so fast we had to look at each other trying to figure out whose dish was whose. Nothing terrible, just not what we remembered.
The food was okay, but I ordered my steak medium and it came medium-rare. Look, mistakes happen, I get it. But I had to send it back, and honestly? At a place like this, I would’ve expected a manager to swing by with an apology or comp a coffee or something. Just to show they cared. Nothing.

I know restaurants change and maybe we just hit an off night. But Vegas has so many amazing places to eat, and when you’re spending this kind of money, you want to be wowed. At least get what you pay for. We’re just hoping this was a one-off and you guys can get back to what made you special in the first place.
We are pulling for you.

TO THE MANAGER: please leave an email address so that I can forward an email.

Finally got a chance to visit their much hyped brunch…meh. The highlight was the service, nothing short of outstanding. Everyone very nice and attentive, I’d say a solid 5 stars for the service. But the food, extremely underwhelming. Let’s take away that this $100/pp, assuming you’re not worried about value, the food quality as a whole was below average. If you’re going for pure crab legs and can eat your weight worth in cold crab legs and lobster then maybe it could be worth it.

With respect to everything else there wasn’t much variety. Everything was just loaded with salt and/or butter which is fine when it’s used to enhance taste rather than mask deficiencies. The dessert wasn’t memorable but the fruit was good. But are you really paying $100 for decent fruit? It’s the first time I’ve left a buffet still hungry.

I had a six month wait for our RSVP. You may get lucky and get in sooner if there’s a cancellation. It was very good for what they had. Of course I did multiple trips for the lobster tails, yum. Beef wellington was not too bad. Don’t fill up on pastas or too many sides, hit the seafood! It would have gotten a five star had the service been better. They were not very attentative That always brings my experience rating down.

Sunday brunch perfection at M Resort Spa Casino. Anthony’s Prime Steak & Seafood delivered as always.

From buttery lobster tails and tender lamb chops to crab legs galore and every indulgent bite in between, everything was absolutely on point. This is the kind of brunch that reminds you why Anthony’s is in a league of its own–quality, consistency, and flavor from start to finish.

The vibe is chill. We never feel rushed. And the views are beautiful.

And the service? Always exceptional. Huge thank you to Jack for taking such great care of us (as he always does). Gemma and Praimas at the front of the house who treat us like family. Your hospitality truly elevates the experience every single time.

Grateful, full, and already looking forward to the next visit.

Im a picky eater but my husband is not… we came for his 41st Birthday just now and I stated that on the reservation, we just left without them ever asking for a special occasion and definitely never acknowledged it, but him being a guy he didnt really care…

The Sunday brunch buffet is what we just had, out of all the options the lobster tail was the best and the crab legs, everything else was very mediocre at best unfortunately. For $99 per person the service and atmosphere were great, but even with reservations we waited 20 min to get in and the food… I’d say it was worth only $60 per person, not $99.
The desserts, I tried them all outside of the bread pudding and the hubby said it was under-sweet, all the rest looked pretty, but not impressed at all unfortunately…
Im still glad we got to have the experience as we have seen it hyped up on TV, but we won’t be returning.

Oh! They also stuck us in the darkest part of the floor where we could barely see ourselves or our food…

I was so excited and looking forward to it and I have to say I was disappointed. Mainly with the lobster and lamb chop. The lobsters were cold and dried. The lamb chop gamey smell was so strong and I couldn’t finish it. I just couldn’t believe it. The prime ribs tasted okay but should be a bit more pink and juicy. The person cutting the meat could use a service training. The server and the hostess were great. The desserts were great as well.
