Chipotle is one of my favorite spots when I want something quick but still good quality. I love that you can build your own bowl, and I usually like to get the steak bowl because it’s always flavorful and filling. The rice, beans, and toppings come together really well, and everything tastes fresh. The portions are solid, and it’s a great option when you want something satisfying without feeling too heavy. It can get busy sometimes, but the food is worth it.

Whenever I mobile order the portions are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller than ordering inside, and today was the last straw. When I work long weekends I will sometimes order the new “high protein” cup of chickens for meal prepping “which is supposed to be 4oz of chicken, and the cup is full 32g of protein.” Today I mobile ordered 4 cups and all 4 of them were under half way full and were not even 2oz. I didn’t realize until I went to pack my lunches and it was too late to go back. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, I payed $20 to have less than half portions.

I usually visit this Chipotle location 2–4 times a month because I live nearby, but after my most recent visit, I’m never returning. I placed a to-go order for two salads and a quesadilla. When I got home, I realized that both salads were missing lettuce—there were just a few random pieces of spinach—and the quesadilla was already cold. In previously times, there is always something wrong with the orders. I’ve even watched workers take the trash out and go up to the counter with the same gloves to make food, only to have a manager stop them to change the gloves.
I drove back up to the store and politely explained the issue to the front cashier. He consulted the manager, and I was told they’d remake the order without charging me—but only if I got back in line, which by that time wrapped around the entire building. That was incredibly frustrating, especially since I had just been there and was trying to avoid that wait in the first place.
While I was back in line, one of the employees kindly asked if I needed lettuce. I explained the situation again and she gave me some. Unfortunately, when I looked at it after leaving, the lettuce was wilted, dirty, and unappetizing.
What made this experience worse was the manager’s attitude. He refused to speak with me directly and made his team members handle everything, despite the fact that it was a store error. For context, he was a shorter man who appeared bald—though I never got his name since he wouldn’t approach me.
This experience left me feeling disrespected as a regular customer, and disappointed in both the food quality and how poorly the situation was handled. I will be reaching out to Chipotle customer service for a hopeful refund since the manager couldn’t help me.

I don’t think the employees can smoke any more weed and actually stand up. Service is so slow. Guys wearing gloves to handle the food but then handles money and other items then comes back with the same gloves on to make your burrito. No hairnets. The worst part is it’s a Mexican style restaurant how do you role a burrito the wrong way?? 2 bites rice. 2 bites chicken. Two bites veggies, so on so on. Obviously no management Does Chipotle in Florida have food service standards or is that just in other states???

We had a bad experience at another Chipotle restaurant, but decided to give it another try after seeing a bunch of commercials. The girl that prepared our meals were attentive and helpful, but the cashier was blunt and not so friendly. We noticed it was just us. The food on the other hand had a lot of flavor, but the chips had so much salt on them. We had to throw the majority of chips away. The restrooms were dirty, tables weren’t being cleaned off and drink dispensers were mostly out of order. I did notice the employees behind the scenes working hard preparing the fresh cut ingredients and cooking the meats.

I can’t believe this location hasn’t gotten better. Over 2 years and nothing has been corrected. I thought it was growing pains, but at this point I’m blaming it on management. They are always running out of items. Most frequently it’s cheese, chips or carnitas. Also, I’m not sure why but the franchise prioritizes their carryout customers over in store patrons. For example: If 1 or 2 of the above mentioned items are out of stock they refuse to pull it from the drive through. Obviously I had a really bad visit this evening but my experience is becoming a consistent occurrence. This evening after waiting in a long line (my choice) they were out of 2 frequently missing items listed above. I think that part is the most frustrating Why not make an announcement? At this point I’m thinking it’s time to start driving to the Lakewood Ranch location again. At least, at that location everything is kept clean and looks sanitary which is just better from my family of 5. Oh and tonight they were out of forks. Ridiculous!

Food as expected and staff was good about getting us thru, however the dining area was really dirty and gross. Every table needed to be wiped, the floor had food/debris all over and trash was full. Soda counter was also gross. Unfortunately we needed to eat in as we were traveling.

My fiancé and I stopped at this Chipotle for lunch on our way back to Naples, and it was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. While the restaurant itself looked clean and fine, the behavior of the employees made us immediately uncomfortable and unwelcome.
We were initially helped by one employee who began preparing our bowls, but then another worker took over and started throwing the ingredients into our bowls in a sloppy, careless, and frankly disrespectful way. There was no effort, no courtesy, and no professionalism.
When we asked for the red chimichurri sauce, we were told they were completely out. I was extremely disappointed because that was the main reason I chose Chipotle that day. Moments later, another employee casually said there was some in the back and went to get it. This showed a clear lack of communication, effort, and accountability among the staff.
At one point, when a worker told a cook they needed more corn, the cook responded loudly and unprofessionally with profanity, which was completely inappropriate to hear as a customer.
One particular employee stood out in the worst way possible. She never acknowledged us, never spoke a single word, and had an openly hostile attitude. When my fiancé asked for a lid and a bag, she threw them at him instead of handing them over. He also politely mentioned that the trash was overflowing, and instead of addressing it, she gave him an attitude and stared us down until we left.
We felt completely disrespected, uncomfortable, and unwelcome from start to finish. The behavior we experienced was rude, unprofessional, immature, and unpleasant. No customer should be treated this way.
We will never return to this location, and this experience has seriously made us reconsider choosing Chipotle at all. Customers deserve basic respect, and unfortunately, that was entirely missing here.
