This place use to be good but new management has changed. We had an online order to pick up, we went by 20 min after the order was placed and the food was still not ready for us, we had to argue with the drive through woman to get our proper food because “the online order wasn’t showing” because she said the online order wasn’t showing, then she said it was showing, we were confused what was going on, they gave us our food and it was the wrong order at this point we didn’t wanna wait another 15 minutes to get our food. There was only 1 person in front of us. Be ready for lazy online orders. We want our money back.

They have a delicious Beyond Burger. The fries here are nice and big and very tasty. This is my Grandma’s favorite place to eat, so I always enjoy it with her. Sodas are delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Thanks so much, and may God bless you all.

Worst BK ever!!! Incompetent beyond belief. I ask for the $3.99 whopper Wednesday and charged me double and told me they can’t refund me to call management but manager is not there and it was my last$9 dollars. Needed to put gas now I can’t make it to work and I’m stuck here all because they lied and said I didn’t ask for the deal which I did!!! To top it off they won’t give a refund. Don’t come here! Also found this in burger

Disclaimer: I’m not a fast food person so fast food will likely never get 5 stars from me. But the food was fine.
Thus BK is located at Rio Grande and I-40 so it’s convenient to Old Town and the museums. The staff was so friendly and sweet. It was a kid birthday choice and they were really nice to the birthday kid. We appreciated that. The restaurant seems newer. It was super clean. We were there around 130 pm on a Saturday and it was not busy.

My girlfriend just went to the drive through for us and had ordered chicken nuggets and she got me a Texas whopper with fries and a sprite. She dropped off my meal to me and I started eating only to have the last bite contain a long black hair in the burger! I pulled it out of my mouth and told the girlfriend about it, which she in turn called them and a male answered saying without a picture they can’t do anything. Well here is the pictures and here is a review. I had to put it on a white napkin so you can see a long strand of thin black hair. I am shocked by his non-chalant answer. Without proof we cannot do anything. He could have settled this easier but instead he says that. He should be reprimanded and they need to tell the person making the food to tie their hair up. I posted this in hopes they take it serious and talk to the person in charge. March 13.2022 at 11 am a few minutes after is when she got it for us.

“Manager” Maria insisted she gave me 2 $5 bills (my change on receipt $9.60). I did not get any bills back only coin.
I gave the food back. She gave me back $20 bill.
So either she’s a Liar AND Thief. Or BK handing out free money for snotty service. !?
