I had a taste for some rotisserie chicken after work and pulled up to this restaurant. I went in and asked for a menu. The owner was very nice. There were others waiting on their orders too. I came back in after browsing the menu and was ready to order. I ordered the whole rotisserie chicken with rice snd French fries. I asked to have the fries placed in a separate container. They agreed. The food was seasoned very well and it was freshly prepared. I want to try the beef ribs next time. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

After flying into the city with a large group, we were looking for a place that could take care of everything in one stop and this restaurant absolutely delivered. The staff was extremely helpful helping us decide on food choices for our big party, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure everyone was happy. Food is Fire I always get the 1/2 BBQ Chicken. A friend introduced me to this 15 years ago. I had been coming here every since. Especially when I in the Somerset area. Still going strong in 2023 but I don’t eat chicken anymore.

We stopped in tonight for dinner because we were craving BBQ and found this spot through Google—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was amazing. We didn’t catch her name, but the young lady who served us was so kind, attentive, and welcoming. We’ve already saved this place and definitely plan to return often!

I visited Hamilton BBQ for the first time today. I was so excited to finally get my chicken and ribs. I walked in was told I could sit anywhere. There was a table for 2 by the soda fridge so I took that since I was a party of 1. My order taken, my drinks and plates brought over. After waiting it was time for my chicken and rib platter to arrive. When the waitress walked over and asked me to move so they can push the table over for the other party. The party of 5 or 6 could have comfortably added a chair to the 2 larger tables that were available. Instead I was asked to sit there. Standing perplex by the counter still not understanding how you can be asked to move as a paying customer after being seated over 30min. I chose to cancel my order and leave. Between the confusion, disappointment and embarrassment my appetite left. This was something I have never experience and really hope that this establishment that seems to be thriving never put another customer in this position.
