Dear King Burger Management Team,

I am writing to formally report a deeply troubling experience at one of your locations.

During my visit, I asked to use the restroom. The manager refused my request and explicitly said “no.” The refusal was not based on store policy or capacity, but on my skin color and my accent. I was made to feel singled out, disrespected, and unwelcome.

This behavior is unacceptable. Denying basic human access based on race or accent is discriminatory and goes against the values of fairness, dignity, and customer service that any reputable business should uphold.

I expect King Burger to take this matter seriously. I ask that you investigate this incident, address the manager’s conduct, and take corrective action to ensure that no customer is ever treated this way again.

I am sharing this feedback in good faith, with the expectation that your company will stand for inclusion, accountability, and respect.

The misleading advertisement for fast food in general is really bad in today’s economy but wow I was shocked at the difference between small and medium fries. Just a cm or 2 and they filled the holders at the same line so didn’t make a difference that and the double burger looks massive on the menu and it’s incredibly small when you get it.

Welcome to trumps economy . They jack up the prices and make things smaller.

I ordered pickup through the app and tried to walk to get it, but every door was locked so I had to stand in the dark in the drive through window waiting forever for someone to acknowledge me and then they were just rude to me. And then I didn’t even get the right food. I get that it’s just fast food, but at least give me a way to get my food? The bar is so low.

Food was cold, surprisingly I was there last week and food was fresh. That was why I went back. But today was cold and not as satisfying. Atmosphere was OK but some of our neighbors have no respect for anybody.. not the staff other patrons.

It’s a standard burger king. Food tastes how I expect, and the service is pretty standard. My only gripe is that sometimes the workers will mess up an order or NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING. Like, I’m all for people getting their bag, but if you can’t even understand english well enough, you shouldn’t be taking anyone’s orders.

This location is straight TRASH. My order is ALWAYS missing items…PLURAL!! The workers are literally all incompetent. I can’t imagine they even interview the workers. Terrible customer service they all look like they hate life. Just drive the extra 2 mins to the Belmont BK. Avoid this location like the PLAGUE.

I waited in the store for 10 minutes, and no one asked if I needed anything. The only two people there were speaking in Spanish the whole time, and I couldn’t understand what they were saying! I told them, “Excuse me, I want to order,” but one of them, who was wearing black, glanced at me as if I didn’t exist and continued ignoring me, focusing only on the drive-through orders. I was standing in the store with my 3-year-old son, and I’m also pregnant, yet I stood there for ten minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I do not recommend coming to this store; the service is terrible, and it’s like I have to beg them to take my order! I will not be coming back!

Drive-thru service is terrible. Won’t let you pull up to the window for your order. You to stay 20′ back and watch for them to open the window before approaching. Ridiculous and annoying! No other fast food restaurants do this. Only does food substitutions at fraction of the value.
