Went in with my husband last week. I have 10+ year of restaurant experience, 2 years of that being general management, I also did 6 years as an event coordinator specifically running buffet lines. The steam tables with the gravy and chicken are NOT UP TO TEMP. Both me and my husband got mild food poisoning from the gravy. Thank goodness we didn’t eat the wings!!! I knew I shouldn’t have eaten it after I told my husband there’s no way the potatoes and gravy were even close to 140. Too bad because we love coming here and have never had issues before. Won’t be back for a good long while. FIGURE OUT THE STEAM TABLE! You’re making people sick!!!!! I also commented this on their Facebook to try to keep it out of their reviews but have not been acknowledged. I normally love this place!!! PLEASE check your steam tables. I want to come back and change my review!

Very poor service! We spent $56.00 and had no chicken at all. The salad bar was empty & no server to fill it up at all! There was only 2 pans of pizza available. We took our grandchildren there for lunch today. They had bread sticks, cactus bread & ice cream. How pitiful!!

My great*niece had her 8th birthday party in the party room. It works out really great with the “game room” right around the corner. That way the adults can visit/”hear themselves think,” while the kiddos play games, etc.

We arrived a bit before noon to ensure the buffet was fully ready. They only had legs and thighs for chicken. We asked when white meat might arrive and they said shortly. Out came more thighs and legs then. I asked again as it was getting close to 12:30 and it still wasn’t ready. So no chicken. Very disappointing. This used to be our favorite pizza ranch but think we’re going to have to try the others around.

Went here today to beat the crowd for Father’s day tomorrow. My son is super picky & only eats the French fries. There were no fries today. Laurie overheard our conversation & stopped a tantrum by offering to make fries. She not only made them but delivered a large plate of fries to my son. Thank you for going above & beyond for us. We always have good service here.

Fried chicken was fabulous! They fixed the pizza I asked for, scrumptious with a good crust. Soft serve ice cream was really creamy and delicious, not that ice milk stuff some places serve. Enjoyed the music station and commentary. Staff was friendly.

Went there with some church friends, they don’t bring your special order pizza to the table, you have to go up to the register and get it. They didn’t have pickled herring on the salad bar, no corn for a vegetable on the hot serve plate, very little chicken put out.

Several folks in our group said they won’t come back. It’s really sad, this Pizza Ranch just remodeled, and we were hoping that it would be better or as good as the Pizza Ranch in Boone, Ia is.
