It was not a great experience ordering food from Tandoori Guys! The chicken curry was oily and tasted ok. Nan Roti (Bread) was ok as well. But, I will definitely not recommend their Chicken Biriyani! It tasted very bad and chicken pieces weren’t fresh at all. It was just plain rice unevenly mixed with raw masala!

Lunch specials are $14 at the Point Loma location. I was able to add a 2nd item to the lunch special at an extra charge. Employees were friendly and the food was delish. Ordered the pashawari chicken and saag paneer. Both were great!

The owner is nice and kind. The goat curry is nice and the lambs slipped out of the bone when you hit it, which is very good. The size is big and I’m full after finishing. The owner gave me free bowl of nann to try and it’s very crispy. Great experience in general!

The first time I found this place I was at HarborFreight and I smelled Indian food. I did some hunting and found this place.
Food has always been pretty decent, I’ve never been very disappointed – prices seem a little bit high for a takeout place like this, but I recently discovered their “street food“ last night I ordered their Samosa chaat. It was pretty good and had a nice quantity of food – I actually had leftovers!
I will definitely return again.

This place is surprisingly delicious! We were just hungry and wanted to find a quick Indian restaurant. This place totally made above our expectations. The foods are very good! I had a lamb curry plate and my husband had a chicken dish, both are very delicious. We loved our dinner!

Our group/family visiting San Diego from various part of the world here. [London, Orlando, Houston etc]. We ordered few curries [veg and non veg] and nan/roti. The flavor and spice level was just fantastic. Just delicious. It’s a must for anyone craving Indian curry. The service was superb by the server. The cost of each item is ery reasonable too.

Generous portions with above average amount of meat. Fluffy naan with good char. Had the butter, korma and saag – all rich and aromatic. Mild heat though. Saag was a tad salty but fine with basmati rice.

First time visiting. Went with a group of 4 friends. They all enjoyed their food! I do feel that my butter lamp sauce was very salty. They are very customer oriented and gave me another butter sauce but the flavor wasn’t there for me and thus I didn’t enjoy my food. I won’t return but I do recommend especially for first time customers.
