This was my 1st Burgersmith experience thanks to my Niece who loves it here.
I was very happy with the freshness of the Turkey Patty. The service from the waitress was excellent, but the kitchen kinda messed up on the fries – serving them soggy. Our waitress took them off the tab, but still made sure they made us a fresh batch to take with us. Atmosphere was cool & clean and simple. The grade was really a 4.5, but leaned on the 5 more because it’s hard to find a great Turkey Burger around these parts.

I don’t eat burgers too much but this past weekend, it was the move. I ordered the Smith Burger and cheese fries. I added tobacco peppers on the burger to make it spicy, because I love spicy food! It was really good, definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The flavor was all there. Now the cheese fries were a tad bit overrated for me. Some seasoning may have done them some justice. They weren’t anything special and it was a bit cold when we got them since we had to wait for someone to come to the bar. Now when a customer says they have a pickup and the greeter says go to the bar but there’s no one at the bar, it would make sense to maybe try and see if they can find an employee to get the pickup? Other than that, it was a decent choice for dinner

If you can get their BLT (thick cut bacon, fried green tomatoes and mixed greens with their Cajun ranch), get it! It was worth feeling silly trying to get my mouth around it!

I made the mistake of trying Whataburger one evening and walked out when no one showed up to the counter for endless minutes. So, I stopped at BurgerSmith and forgot it has been ages since I was at the Perkins location. I ordered the Smith burger and garlic butter fries. It was bagged to go but I was eating it at the bar. My requested toppings were absent but Nicole hooked me up more than one way. Holy Cow! The garlic fries were Great. I enjoyed them without condiments. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The burger was very tasty

I was immediately seated given not too busy in a Wednesday evening. Great customer service and my waitress was very helpful with which beer would suit me best. I got a build your own burger with a turkey patty. Super delicious and fresh! Will definitely be back.

All around solid joint to grab a burger and fries. I’ve visited this eats like this multiple times and it’s consistent. They offer freshly brewed sweetened and unsweetened tea. The place was clean and the appetizers came out quickly. The filet burger is tender and has a little different taste from the smith burger. Both are good choices. I really enjoy the friend green beans and okra. Unlike many restaurants, the portions are comparable to the pricing.

Good beer, decent service but the food could use some help. The burger and salad were okay but the chicken sandwich was terrible. It was extremely tough not sure how they did that. Otherwise the onion rings and sauce were good as well.

I would not recommend ordering this food on DoorDash or to go. I think they know that you won’t see what you have until you get home so they make it sloppy. I’ve ordered to go from here 4 times just to make sure it wasn’t a one off and it’s definitely bad. The fries were stale 3 of the 4 times. Maybe I will try to eat in next time and see if it’s better. But I’m very upset at the food that was served to me
