Unfortunately this specific location has gone down hill. This specific location will have you wait at the drive through menu until and will not take your order until the car in front of you has picked up their food. The wait times are ridiculous 15 to 20 minutes for chicken nuggets. Unfortunately I didn’t learn my lesson the first three times, while waiting for my food but never again will I go to this location. I don’t see how this establishment makes money

We ordered lunch on the app for 4 adults and 3 children. Only 1 sandwich was considered good and we were missing 1 order of nuggets which took 10 minutes to be ready after we arrived. While the the attendants were friendly, the floor was extremely slippery, some product had left a residue on the tile. And there were no paper towels in the restroom

Whatever they wash the floors with is very slippery and makes them hazardous. At first I thought it was the damp outside, but every inch of the floors was slippery, like walking on ice. The workers were polite and helpful but they were out of nearly all soda options, left items out of our order, and two of the sandwiches were so dry they were nearly inedible. Definitely not the best Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had.

I had a problem with employee not washing his hands after going to the bathroom. Stood in line for 10 min before any of the employees acknowledged me. Kentrell came from the back and ask what I wanted I said I had a problem with one of the employees not washing his hands and would like to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager and did I need anything else so I left.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a Dave’s double and a Dave’s single. They tried giving me double stack wrapped in Dave’s double paper and a single with 2 ounce patties on each burger. Then tried to gas light me and say that they were the correct burgers. It also took 20 minutes to receive the first 2 burgers. I checked my food saw that there were patties on my burger that were smaller than a McDonald’s double cheeseburger. When I brought it back into the restaurant for them to fix my food the manager tried to tell me that it was the correct burgers. Then he back peddled and said oh sorry we had a really big order that we were working on. It then took another 10 minutes for them to fix their mistake. On top of having to wait 10 minutes at the order box in the drive through. So it took 40 freaking minutes to receive my order.

Really letting the quality go. Soggy food cardboard fries. Still waited 15 minutes. Only two employees had poor attitudes. More than likely because they had no help.

Just no.. I have no idea how long to this poor burger sat under the heat lamp before they sold it to me but you’ll be glad to know it was laid to rest in the trash can with the cold, unsalted fries that came with it! Root beer was good though.

I was visiting in the area and decided to try some Wendy’s despite the dark-lit location. Needless to say I’m still regretting this. I was asked to pull up for fries after receiving some of my order which was already cold, but I opted to not say anything. After about 15 mins I get the fries. Some were hot, some were cold and some were done and some were not even cooked. Wth! I didn’t bother going back, I was disappointed enough! Thanks Wendys!!!
