This is a hefty burger, well put together. It starts intact to the last bite like a proper burger should.

The food was so delicious! Got the jet pack burger with fries. Happened to just walk by it and gave it a shot. Literally will put this up there as one of the best burgers in Columbus. So cool when you find a great spot unexpectedly. We will definitely be going back and bringing more people with us.

A solid burger at a very good value! I will say I found 3 separate pieces of hair between the burger and the fries, so that was a bit disappointing. The actual burger tasted good, but there may have been too much sauce/wet toppings, making it a little soggy.

First time here since we were in town for a concert. Decided to eat before heading back to Cleveland and I gotta say I am jealous of the people who live here and can have these burgers more often. I’d be here at least once a week if I could. Absolutely delicious burgers and fries. Great fast service and very friendly. Thanks for making the end of our trip so great!

What we ordered based on the pictures and reviews and even the video of the owner sharing his menu and quality with a local news reporter – not at all what we got. We went to CBC today and ordered burgers. There was not freshly cut lettuce. Instead? There was the remnant of a sad bag salad placed on top – wilted and questionable lettuce with shavings of cabbage and carrots – how we knew for sure it was picked up at a grocery store on the way that day…or, perhaps, days prior based on the looks. The bacon? Not what was pictured as a thick cut. What we got was that precooked, crappy bacon you buy at the grocery store. The taste felt off to the point that I had a few bites and cut my losses. Decided it wasn’t worth feeling crappy or getting sick over so in the trash it went. We love supporting local but not when we aren’t getting what is advertised and what may make us sick.

Had to stop and try this place, and it was way better than I could’ve imagined. Crispy, juicy smash burgers with all the fixings and the burger sauce was an absolute winner.
The ~$10 price point for burger and fries is well worth it for the top quality taste and craftsmanship. I look forward to coming back for many more Jetpack burgers.
