I have ordered a veggie flat crust pizza a few times. I have to say the amount of toppings put on for the price is no longer making sense. Other places put on the toppings across the pizza with plenty to go around.
I’m already getting half the pizza with thin crust, and then you skimp on toppings means big profit for you. Loss for me.

I order from this dominoes nearly every Friday for work and they always have the order ready so quickly and the customer service has been great. I accidentally used an expired card once and they were very patient and helpful. Only once ever has my order been wrong and they went above and beyond to fix it and comped me a pizza. They really have it together

If I could leave negative stars I absolutely would. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in my life. Lady was extremely rude… I will never go here or any other dominos again based on this one experience. Any company that condones their employees speaking to customers like that deserves bankruptcy.

I’ve been to the specific location on Woody Mill road multiple times now. I’m very picky with my pizza… And a really like cheese… They do it perfectly, after one maybe two times of my weird special order. They continue to just get better!

The food is made quickly and no issues with pick up but don’t bother ordering the garlic crust from here, you won’t ever get it. I’ve ordered through the app on multiple different occasions for the hand tossed garlic crust and have never gotten it (got the very thin and bland crust instead). Only have this issue with this location specifically. Go to another location if that’s the type of crust you want.

Ordered a pizza, and the online tracker said it was delivered. The delivery person never came to my house or even my neighbors house. Called the store to find out where my pizza was and they gave me the run around about how they only have one driver, no management, can’t refund me, can’t prioritize a new pizza to be delivered, can’t make a new pizza for me to even pick it up, and told me the delivery driver won’t be back until 11pm and the current time is 8:20pm. All they offered was a store credit and nothing else. Terrible customer service. I don’t want a store credit from this store. I want my payment refunded. I will never order from this dominos pizza again.

Your food WILL take over an hour and WILL sit in a car for over 30 minutes, leaving it barely warm when it arrives. This was confirmed with the store, that is only 2.6 miles away. When I called, and asked about the food still being hot, he said “yeah, it should be fine” but if not I could talk to Mark. The app really needs to inform people of this so that you can simply pick up instead. And the kids at the store just don’t care. The delivery driver was rude and simply did not care that the food was barely warm. Delivery alone should not add over 30 minutes to an order. I also now know to never add the tip prior to delivery.
