My phone number was one digit off. I see a car pull up with the hazards on, sit there for maybe a minute, and then drive off. She had the code to my building and my apartment number. I called the store after my order was marked “Complete” when I didn’t receive anything. The woman says she called and no one picked up and that the number was wrong so she drove away. Why do you need my phone number to deliver my pizza. She wouldn’t deliver it because she was too lazy to get out of the car and drop it off. I had to go not to the main doors of my apartment , but to the street to get it from her car. My house is two minutes from the restaurant and between both deliveries we had to wait 30 minutes, I assume it was to remake the food that didn’t get delivered, WRONG. She took 30 minutes to get to my house 2 minutes away, to deliver cold food. I want my tip back.

I ordered a large three topping pizza and garlic knots online. My order did not process but I was charged anyway. Since it was the weekend, my bank could not refund me. As a customer, Dominos failed to offer any substitutes or refund. I am very upset by this as a returning customer. Do better.

Ordered a pizza. Driver could barely speak English and lied about dropping off the order, which was verified by camera footage that showed he never even made it to my location. Spoke to a manager who insisted I speak to the driver again. It was pointless to talk to the guy a third time. I tried to tell them I didn’t need to speak to the driver (who was responsible for this mess in the first place) .i stated I needed to speak to the manager to resolve the issue. Suddenly someone claiming to be the general manager of the store broke in to the conversation and continued the rude and disrespectful attitude of his other employees. He offered to void my purchase but kept arguing and talking over me,, trying to validate the delivery driver’s poor performance, claiming my order had likely been stolen, which I had earlier informed them the hotel CCTV showed he never made it to my location. I couldnt figure out why he kept trying to argue the point, and I responded he was unprofessional and rude. As he spoke over me with his tirade I tried to continued to tell him 5 more times it was pointless to keep trying to argue and told him to just go ahead and void my purchase. He then claimed I was trying to tell him how to run his business, which was untrue and bizarre. He then hung up as I attempted to tell him for the 6th time this attempt to continue arguing was pointless and unprofessional, and to go ahead and void my purchase. It’s no wonder they have a 33 percent rating and high number of one star reviews. They had one job and failed miserably. If your job is to sell, deliver, and own a franchise, this type of attitude and poor business practices just gives the brand a bad name. Update: my purchase was never voided so I’ve stopped payment with my bank. I’ve also left this feedback on Google, as well as a customer satisfaction survey for this store and management. Never had problems with my local Domino’s and get good food and service there. This Salt Lake City location on 702 S and 700 E is awful.

If your a hotel guest DONT order delivery!! I ordered from the domino app, my husband saw the delivery guy once he reached the hotel -and delivery guy complained about having to go upstairs to drop off food, why is their a hand to me option if the attitude of delivery person is so rude . Awful delivery staff. Expect to have them call you and and have you walk out to the street to pick up your order out of their car. They will claim to not understand English when you complain. This place damages the brand image of Dominos, I will never order from them again.

Edit 08.20.22: I received an email that said the curbside delivery took longer than 2 minutes. But I can say, close to certainty, that it was within 2 minutes of me hitting the “I’m here” button. There’s a glitch. Don’t get me wrong, I need the free pizza coupon. I have zero money. But I’m just being honest. At any rate, they brought the pizza out to me with a smile in a very timely manner. Which I really appreciated. And I was all around impressed with the service here. Once again. Thank you Domino’s Pizza!
This Domino’s is staffed with cool people. I like how I always see the delivery drivers returning & leaving. They work hard & it’s quality you can taste. I tried this location a few months ago after many years since I had Domino’s. I was not disappointed. Good food, good customer service, and honest, hard workers. I even got a compliment on my haircut after I cut my hair a few hours earlier. It’s probably the best Domino’s in Salt Lake (with the Foothill location coming in a very close second). If you haven’t tried Domino’s lately, try this location or the Foothill location. You’ll be glad you did especially if you’re hungry!

Tbh I swore off of Dominos for a long time but it’s pretty hard to beat the convenience and quality for the price. Somehow most of the pepperonis ended up on one side of the pizza but otherwise it was pretty solid for about $9 (carry out deal). I opted out of the garlic crust because it seemed like too many calories.

They delivered my pizza to the wrong location the driver lied telling me that the hand delivered it to me. Called the store the manager said tiff luck. I went searching in the area for the pizza 2 doors down and this is what I opened it to. Cold and…….ANTS. The manager has refused a refund and to remake the pizza and has hung up on me many times.

Ordered a pizza delivery Saturday night. I get that it’s a busy time for them so I was being patient. But after an hour of the tracker saying it was out for delivery, it randomly said “delivered” when nobody came to my door.
Called the location and after being on hold for 5 minutes they agreed to send out another pizza. The next driver got lost and never found my address. She called me to meet at a common spot which required me to walk 5 minutes from my house.
Just a bizarre situation all around, took 2 hours between ordering and getting the pizza after multiple mishaps and hurdles. I’m leaving 2 stars because they did at least attempt to fix it and I did end up with the pizza eventually, just a frustrating situation all around. I’d suggest anyone ordering delivery to only tip in person. I tipped decently online only for 2 drivers to never actually make it to my house. Which is weird, because I’ve had this location deliver here before.

the last couple times ive ordered from here, the driver has called me to walk out of my apartment complex to her parked car on the street to retrieve my order. since when does delivery mean “the customer retrieves it from the street”? I asked her to pull into the complex at least to my building and I would be outside. I see her car down the street with the hazards on. I waved to her to come closer and she still waited in her car for several moments before pulling up. then once she pulls up she complains thats its so cold outside. okay and? you’re the one in the car with the heat on complaining to me about it being cold while im standing out here waiting for you. this place sucks so bad.
