I did a meal for 4- the crunch wrap supremes literally nothing on them. Few things of lettuce, not even a spoonful of meat. Few diced tomatoes. It was horrible! Will never order that again. A lot of money to be disappointed. I took the meat out of the soft tacos to make it better. Quesadillas I have to tear apart with my hand and has a couple pieces of chicken. Think I’ll be taking a break from Taco Bell! Has happened several times in a row!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Taco Bell. When I made it to the pickup window, I was told that my item was unavailable. I asked if I could get another item of equal value since they were unable to refund me. When I received my food was thrown together. The portion sizes were wrong and the overall appearance and quality was substandard. The customer service was by far the worst I’ve experienced from your company. Taco Bell, please do better.

OK folks, like always first the bad then we will move on. A.) This place needs more billboards from interstate with directions. This place or at least this shift is a hidden gem! B.) This isn’t my local location can they come train our people?
OK on to the true good. Parking lot was clean, walked into the restrooms 1st because….travel. it was also very clean. Then the counters. Now they were busy with window orders when we got there BUT they, gasp, communicated and told us. Nevertheless it didn’t take 2 min to get to us. The lady taking the order was very friendly, the guy cooking the food was obviously in a good mood, happy to work. BUT here is where 5 star, which is hard for me to give out, comes in. The food and drink was made Chick-fil-A fast. I KNOW you know what that means.
Taco Bell, PLEASE PLEASE tour this crew to train your other employees, and start with Amarillo. TX.

I ordered using the Taco Bell app and it said that my order would be ready within 10 minutes. Apparently that does not matter. My order was $33 worth of food and it took me over 45 minutes from the time I placed my order until I had my food in my hand. They had only two people making food, which is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they had a large order that was placed ahead of us however I’m standing in the store waiting on my food. I could’ve gone behind the counter and made it myself before I even got my food. I understand why they don’t have any Local franchise owner. Contact information posted anywhere because the service sucks when you use the app.

Sat in drive thru for a total of 18 min to see the drive thru staff more concerned about her phone. Before leaving, looked to make sure we had our full order and of course we were missing food. Went inside to get our missing items and stood there approx. 10 more min.
3 weeks prior, they didn’t put all of my order in the bag so I called. The woman I spoke with said, “yes, we forgot it on the table. I will write your name on the board and when you want to come get it, just tell the staff it’s written on the board.” She failed to write it on the board so I was told, “sorry, we can’t do anything about it.”

First of all, went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was super rude and rushing us. Like miss ma’am chill out. No reason for the attitude. Also was missing food, all that rushing, if yall weren’t trynna move so damn fast and double check your work then we’d have no problem. 30 years old working at taco bell, you should be mad at yourself not at the job. Will probably come back bc let’s be real it’s taco bell I don’t expect it to be all that but still. Pissed me off.

Huge shout out to Lagreeta, came through two nights in a row, and both times she was so sweet and friendly! It was late at night too and she was still so sweet, even recognized us and chatted. Excellent customer service.
