First let me say the staff and manager were just super friendly and very helpful. My husband and I bought a meal to split, and they actually separated it onto two plates for us, without us asking. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. It came out very quickly. The restaurant is clean and bright, nothing too fancy. The food and the staff is what will keep us coming back. Great job guys. Keep it up.

I lost my receipt so I wasn’t able to do the survey. The other night, I had a lovely experience with the staff at this location. A lovely young woman, with a contagious smile took my order and she didn’t even sound annoyed about it. In fact, she seemed to genuinely enjoy her work. It’s so rare in customer service now. The entire team seemed to be having a good time. The food was out quickly, and it was fresh and delicious. In a time we’re fast food is just as expensive as a sit down meal, this LJS and their staff make it worth it. I would give that gal a million stars if I could.

I’ve always been happy with my food at this location. I went through the drive thru & the employees were nice. I got home & I’m so disappointed with my meal. This was not worth $13.99. The tiny pieces of chicken are hard, as is the fish. My corn tastes burnt. If I didn’t live so far, I would have returned it for a refund.

Every time I come here I’m reminded in full confidence that there is a reason they stay in business. Everyone has such a bad opinion on Long John Silver? Every time I come here the food comes out fast, it’s hot, it’s fresh crispy crunchy tasty and not expensive. The cherry on top is the manager Rod! He’s just genuinely the nicest dang guy I’ve ever come across. He makes this restaurant a place I return to because I feel welcome, appreciated and darn near family. You will leave happy, full and satisfied. JUSTIFIED!

Both me and my wife got food poisoning after eating dinner. Was awful. Service was fantastic though. Kind, friendly and very informative. The food looked and tasted like really good fried fast food. Just got very ill and that was the only thing we ate in an 8 hr window 🙁

Wow! I am amazed by this location! I just happened to see LJS / A&W this afternoon. Instantly the memories of hot n crunchy A&W corndogs kicked the craving into overdrive.
As I parked, the initial excitement tapered off…fast food typically sucks, the customer service is no existent, and the stores are typically gross…..As I entered the store I was immediately greeted with a smiling face and friendly voice welcoming me in. A well lit, clean store…no nasty grease smell and emo kids….The team was working exceptionally well together. My corn dog nuggets were hot and crunchy absolutely delicious.I was so grateful that I was not served a soggy, lukewarm fast food of twenty twenty five standard.
This location’s team has given me.Hope that customer service and quality fast food still exists. Thankyou!
