A real breath of fresh air here in Montauk! Fresh, delicious food where you can feed your family at reasonable prices. Takes me back to the Montauk of old. The store is attractive, colorful and clean. What a pleasure! The customer service was on par with the food, really friendly and looking to go the extra yard to make sure we were not only satisfied but happy with our food and visit! Keep up the great work, we will be back! Looking forward to trying breakfast next time. Much needed addition to the Montauk experience.

Staff were friendly from start to finish. I placed a takeout order and tried the Berry Rush smoothie along with the strawberry & grilled chicken meal—absolutely delicious! All of the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is charming, with a clean and cozy setup, an area stocked with bottled drinks, and a large table full of assorted snacks. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily repeat.

Blue Crush Montauk is a total gem. It’s rare to find a casual spot that nails everything—but this place does. From the second we walked in, I was impressed by the coastal-chic vibe, friendly service, and most of all, the menu. Lucky for me, my friend had already been here and confidently ordered two of her favorites: the Coconut Curl Wrap and the Blue Crush Paradise Salad with Shrimp. And wow. Just wow.
The Coconut Curl Wrap came hot off the grill, perfectly charred and stuffed to the brim with crispy coconut shrimp, fresh crunchy slaw, sweet pineapple, and a dreamy curry aioli that tied it all together. It had a tropical flavor punch and just the right amount of heat.
The Paradise Salad was just as impressive—a generous bowl layered with sweet grilled shrimp, sliced avocado, crisp romaine, charred corn, black beans, and cucumber, all topped with a zingy citrus vinaigrette. It was refreshing, flavorful, and packed with color and texture.
✨ What sets Blue Crush apart? The quality of ingredients, the creativity in their flavor combinations, and the care that clearly goes into every dish. And for Montauk, the prices are surprisingly reasonable.
Also, don’t sleep on the juice and smoothie menu—or the acai bowls. We peeked at a few coming out of the kitchen and they were beautiful.
This is the kind of place that feels like summer—bright, relaxed, and full of good energy. I’ll absolutely be back and working my way down the rest of that amazing menu.

Not only was the smoothie vibrant and beautiful, it was absolutely delicious!! I had gotten the Berry Rush. For lunch I had the coconut curl wrap and it as just as impressive! The flavor was mouth watering and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. It was actually so filling I saved half for later! I can’t wait to try more items on the menu!!

Just opened, this little smoothie and lunch cafe is an absolute gem in Montauk. Perfect for healthy bites and hangover cures, it hits the spot. Ran by a mom & son team if you want to support local and small this is it!
We got the Tuscan Tidal Panini, The Crabby Patty, and the Tropical Thunder smoothie. All 5 stars. They also have some grab and go options and cold press juices.

We were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff was attentive without being overbearing — every detail was taken care of quickly and kindly. Our server made great recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made us feel truly welcomed.

The new casual breakfast and lunch spot Montauk has been waiting for. Right in the heart of town, excellent food and fair prices. The egg, cheese and chorizo jam on a brioche is a must try for your next breakfast sandwich!

Delicious health oriented food and very friendly service. We started off with an elixir shot called the Aloha Kick and then had the Roasted Cauliflower Wrap. Perfect place if you have any food restrictions. There are many vegan and gluten free options. I love that they were open in the off season. I will definitely be going back!

Ordered for pick up before closing and brought it back to our room and it was incredible!! We had the seaside swell toast and the whipped ricotta was creamy and flavorful with the basil and it was the perfect amount of sweet with the honey and fig jam. We also got the roasted cauliflower wrap and it was as amazing as it sounded. The pickled cabbage gives it such a nice flavor and you could split both with someone and be nicely satisfied. Eat here while you’re in town, you won’t regret it!
