I wish I could give negative stars ,,,We went to the one on Academy because usually you can trust it. The food quality was horrible and horrible is too much of a compliment. There was no meat in the tacos and the tacos were falling apart and soggy. Then we had the burritos remade twice upon the second time, the assistant manager, or whoever the redheaded girl was through the bag across the counter at my daughter. The manager was standing right there and watched it happen and didn’t say a word then they went right back to Their Conversation. The woman behind us was so appalled. She turned around and walked out with us. The food was absolutely horrible. There was no beans in the burrito at all no sauce no onions a few sprigs of cheese as you can see in the photos I will never ever ever go back to this academy location. I’m looking for a corporate number a GM number I will be calling and I will be taking action because we did spend money there and it was absolutely horrendous and no one cared at all and they still might not care but I’m gonna make my voice heard stay away from this location. The employees have horrible attitude and their food quality is less than par.

Ordered food online and then went to pick it up. Front doors were locked. There were about 6 or 8 kids inside but not eating or working. Looked like a meeting or something. They all left but the employees kept the doors locked. Had to wait in the drive thru line to get my food. They were only taking one order at a time. Meaning they didn’t take another order until the car in front drove around and picked up their order. Strange behavior.

Nobody ever answers the phone when you call, all you can do is drive back to file a complaint. Who wants to do that after working 12 hours and driving in rush hour traffic. This is crazy!!!!

The employees here at the Taco Bell on Wyoming and Academy are sloppy, unprofessional, and unfriendly. The food is cold and put together very sloppy. Definitely do not recommend this place. Unfortunately, nothing is corrected or owned up to when complaining .

Showed proof of a stollen order and the female with red and black hair not held back with a hat or hairnet that I saw making food nor the blonde assistant manager could help me with a stolen order from their third party door dash. Maybe make your employees wear nametags to be identified by. Now the blond supposed assistant manager as she explained her title told me that they couldn’t replace my order but no one knew what the dasher looked like that picked up my order worse store ever and the upper management is useless

I went to this location Saturday. I ordered quite a bit of food, $30 worth, I got to my house which is by tramway and Paseo so not too close to it, to open the bag and half of my food wasn’t even in the bag. I got 2 of my crunchy taco supremes with light sour cream and they put none. I got a Mexican pizza with sour cream which they didn’t put any at all on it either. I drove back with the Mexican pizza and to get the rest of my food. I let them know the issue and they said they’d correct it and just replace the full order. I reminded the cashier about the sour cream on my Mexican pizza that I paid extra for and asked if they’d mind remaking it since it obviously would be cold driving back and forth, she seemed nice and said yes. They gave me my food, I got home and this is what I got. I like sour cream but I don’t know who in their right mind would want this much. I threw my food away since it was cold by the time I drove back and forth for their mistakes. Very disappointed that they have these type of rude/petty people working there.
