I just ordered a steak and cheese sandwich and a cookie. Spent 15 there. My sandwich had barely any meat at all on it. All I could taste was bread. Then it was loaded with heavy mayo and mustard. Felt like I was eating a mayo and bread sandwich. Looked nothing like the picture of it does. Couldn’t even eat it. Made me nauseous. Now the guy who took my call was amazing. Very kind and friendly. But I went without supper tonight. Well i did have my cookie .

Just had the nicest man take my order, great customer service and complimented my glasses. That man needs a raise- you can tell he has a true passion for his job and for being kind to others based on the way he treated me and the way I watched him treat the other customers as well. Foul!! Absolutely zero care. I ordered a NY steamer and it was basically a sponge overflowing with mayo and mustard, in, on, and all around the sandwich and even outside the the damn box it was in. This is now the 3rd time in a row they’ve butchered my order, I’m not paying $20+ for a trash sandwich made by the same.

Went in the store of the evening of 10/05/25. Store was out of ingredients to fulfill my order and gave me option of either a different sandwich or refund through the app. I chose to cancel order and refund. Their app stated porters picked up and completed and I needed to to deal with store order was placed with. Went back in the store and person in store claiming to be the manager on duty stated that there was nothing he could do to help me. I stated what the app said and we needed to figure something out because it was not my fault they couldn’t fulfill the order. He walked away from me while still talking. Called someone on the phone in the back and stated real loudly that he had a belligerent customer in the store. At that point, I told the girl behind the counter I was leaving because I (and everyone else in the store) heard what he said and it was quite apparent he was not going to solve my issue, He proceeded to state he had the “district manager” on the phone if I wanted to speak with him. I told him I would call the next day and speak with the general manager above him and proceeded to walk out when yelled, “WOW!” As I left.

Horrible! Waited 30 minutes for my order to be made, and then the two people working had no idea how to make it. It was a classic firehouse hero.. I had to ask for a refund. Service was terrible, 6 other dissatisfied customers ahead of me. Won’t ever have my service again.
