Ordered a peach ice tea through mobile app at 4:10 pm took them a bit to make it! Not many people in the store! Bathrooms were clean! Finally after 20 minutes it was ready! I wonder how long the coffee drinks take! Could’ve already drove back into Daytona and got a tea by the time I waited for them to make it! Most other Starbucks across Florida are faster! I’m in Starbucks everyday across multiple locations in Florida! This one is the slowest by far!

If i could give zero stars i would honestly. The girl taking my order, i didnt get her name sadly, sounded honestly high speaking at the window and speaker. Had to wait almost 10 mins just for 1 singler coffee and no not complicated at all (large hot blonde vanilla latte, 9 pumps of vanilla and no foam). I then have the window opened not with my coffee but with a new girl Brooklyn who was trying to make me pay again so i see this locations communication is obsolete. Had to ask to get a coffee sleeve and stopper. Oh and the no foam request yea i got about half an inch of foam in my coffee. This is the worst experience ive EVER had at a starbuck and i most definitely will NEVER return to this location. The time, service, and quality isnt there. Go to the Target location across the street they take way better care of their customers.

First time actually having Starbucks. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a grilled cheese on Uber Eats. I recieved a caramel frappuccino instead, completely different from what I ordered. The sandwich was just okay. Never getting Starbucks again, how do your baristas not know the difference between a frappuccino and macchiato???

We don’t mind paying the premium for Starbucks because of the service, as much as the consistency of the products . We were not impressed at this one. Maybe lack of training from the store manager? The “barista” semed to be annoyed by a simple request for extra cream and sugar. Not acceptable to maintain the expectation of service one has from the franchise.
The other issue we noticed is that the tables were not being wiped/cleaned. We found one out of 5 available ones that was “clean enough” to sit at. As far as the facility it could also use more access to outlets for those who come with their devices – an old staple of the Starbucks atmosphere. Would I bring a client to meet me at this Starbucks as I have so many times in the past at other locations? Probably not.
The good news is that the bacon egg bites and our favorite blonde coffee were excellent.

I can tolerate being overcharged for a delicious coffee. But, to get a cup where approximately 1/3 of it, at the top, widest part, is filled with nothing but foam……that’s ridiculous.

Super sweet, quick and helpful. I went around 1:15-1:20pm and there was a lovely man (I think his name was Devonne?) Who helped me at the drive through. He complemented my smile and energy. He was super helpful with recommendations and asked me how I was (genuinely and not fake). I definitely enjoyed the interaction and look forward to coming again!

Just came out of the drive-thru. Ordered a peppermint mocha hot with whip cream and shaved chocolate. This is what I got. Sadly I was not feeling well or I would have gone inside to have them remake it. I don’t mind paying for upscale coffee, but at least make it correctly.
