We pulled up to drive through they had four people outside smoking, which is fine but when we pulled up to place the order kfc had no pot pies made they had no chicken sandwich’s to sell either. We were told both would take 45 min to prep, cook, and sell. So after sloppy customer service, lack of inventory we had to spend our money with another business. This was all @7:07 P.M. just a little heads up if the owner of that kfc building sees this just know they definitely do not care about you or your business and I would hire new people all these reviews are terrible on here

For the 3rd night in a roll finally had 1 potpie which was half of a potpie and they had no white chicken only dark at 7pm place is ridiculous . They close at 10pm why does this happen during the week and the weekend. Go to gray tn they will take care of you better

Used the drive thru at 1pm on a Saturday. I wanted extra crispy chicken and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. So I got original recipe instead. When I got to the window to pay, I asked it there was a coupon or something I could have because they didn’t have what I wanted available. He looked at me like I just asked the dumbest question he’d ever heard. It was 1pm on a Saturday, and there was no extra crispy chicken available?? Make it make sense.

Very bad experience with the assistant manager Ms Fawn.
She said after long time waiting for my order that they were run out of two orders of fried steaks. Then she blamed the others workers.
In the end she were arguing with a costumer and giving explanation that I wasn’t asking.
We opted to walk away because this bad experience.

I don’t know if the food was worth eating. After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes and 3 workers trying to avoid eye contact like it was there job, we left. Very disappointed with the lack of service. An acknowledgement goes a long way for patience. We received none. We were the only one at the counter and no one at the drive through.

My husband got a original chicken strip meal and the chicken was hard it had been left in the fryer/oven to long and the fries were ice cold. Our son got a chicken sandwich meal and his fries were also cold and his drink was bad it was nothing but seltzer where it needed to be changed out.

Both times IV went in this Johnson City KFC have been horrible really. I ordered a chicken pot pie today and when I walked in to get my order the boy that was cooking just stared at me there was a guy at the window working I stood there three or four minutes waiting finally I had to ask them for my order which was setting on the counter. When I get home there’s the only one little bite of chicken and maybe three or four bites of the mashed potatoes carrot or potatoes that’s in the pot pie itself. I have a video of it it won’t let me put it on here.

I ordered the 20 dollar fill up BOX , i did go to the drive thru, when I received my order it was in a bag containing 4- four boxes ? Nothing like how the KFC advertisement had promoted, so this was a disappointment, seeing that i had made the purchase partially for the convenience of the box to drop the food off to some family members children. The young lady the helped me was very nice and polite, very professional. All the food was good except for the fries, they were cold and not fresh when I received them .
