I like the place, Joe and family are great. Had breakfast numerous times, always great, prime rib was excellent, pricing is great. Sometimes good things take longer to get to your table. From Chicago where food is great, just like Joe’s.

Food was very good. Service is great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because upon ordering we were told that steaks are a bit of a lengthy process, so we changed our order since we had 50 minutes to eat and were wanting to get to a store before it closes. We should have ordered the steaks anyway since we missed the store regardless. They did try to compensate by giving us a small free desert. Which was appreciated… we will be back and take more time.

We went last night with a group of 8…the staff made a big deal about a large group. We finally got seated and we were told their was only one cook and it would be an hour and forty five minutes….which we took as they were asking us politely to leave. Then we asked if they could recommend some where else and the manager wouldn’t. You would think they would want the extra business with state swim meet in town. So to all the swim fans out there the next time there is a meet in Conrad don’t go there!

We waited 1 hour and 45 min. We decided to pay for our drinks and appetizers. I walked out side with my kids and left my husband inside to pay. The next thing I see is the cook running out towards my car yelling at me that we are dinning dashing! I said no sir we waiting an hour and 45 min with two people in front of us and we are paying for the thing that we ate and we drank! He continued to yell at me saying the food was ready and he makes everything from scratch and he is training a cook, that’s why it’s taking so long. He goes inside and the next thing I see is my husband coming out with to-go-bags. On our ride home I find out the cook got in my husband’s face and said this wasn’t McDonald’s, and everything is made from scratch! They took $20 off our bill. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life! Never once have i waited an hour and 45 min for food, never has a cook yelled at me or my husband in front of my children!! The price that we paid for the food was ridiculous! My steak had more fat on it then meat! The cook kept saying everything was made from scratch, I was expecting alot better! The customer service was horrible, I would hope that they rethink how they treat people if they want to stay in business much longer!

My goodness is all I can say. If you want some home delicious cooking, head here. I’ve eaten at a lot of places on the road bit this one takes the cake. It is very good. Going to try the breakfast when they open. Cant wait.

I ate here 2 nights in a row. The first night I had the terryaki chicken and it was the best sauce on it I ever had and for 10 dollars. I had to come back for their steak. I had the 16 ounce New York Strip and had no waste and it was a legitimate steak, not ok but really good and prepared right. Sunday was free pie day to and it was homeade. You do not expect to find this good of food in a small MT. Town but this place is great.

If you’re ever near Conrad, eat here. It’s all made from scratch right down to the salad dressings and breads. One of the best meals I’ve had, you’d never tell from the outside. Such a treat!
