I went here at night to grab a burger on a Saturday, and I was worried it was closed because it was dark and empty. A woman working there was very friendly to me, fun and smiled. She was very attentive and kind! I felt very good ordering from her at the drive thru. That’s great customer service!
After, I went inside to grab a chocolate shake and again, she was very kind and welcoming. I will order here again if I’m around the area.

Been awhile since we’ve been to a Carl’s / Hardee’s. The price increase is shocking. $34 for two combo meals. Well beyond anything we remember from the last 5 years. Service was great once you get past the AI ordering system. Food was surprisingly good, on par with Five Guy’s. We wouldn’t go again purely cause of the value proposition, but if there’s a good enough deal we could be persuaded

-Sodas from the fountain are crisp ( the extra co2 makes this possible)
– The tables , chairs and even the benches are surprisingly clean.

Clean restaurant. However, Menu is confusing. I was disappointed with quality of the cheeseburger double thing I ordered. Bun was stale or had freezer burn. Not enough salt on burger. Other Carl’s Jr. locations from San Diego to San Mateo have same problems.

I asked for no onion on my burger and there was extra onions. I’m allergic. No time to go back , I’m on my lunch break and need to head straight back to work. No lunch for me today unless I order delivery. Waste of a $14 meal and gas.

The short – don’t go here. Plenty of better options with happy people and worthwhile management in this area, but not here.
Ordered through the app but the app would not let you ad coupon. I asked the staff for help and then he said oh just put your card information in and then pay. The order went through without the coupon so they overcharged me. Apparently if you order through the app the staff cannot give you a refund. It’s 11:00 p.m. now I have to come back and talk to a manager for my $15 Plus the hour I spent trying to use your app and then the other 3 hours I have to use to come back to get my $15 absolutely ridiculous zero out of five if I could do not recommend Carl’s Jr ever to anybody their app is trash.
Came back next day at 12ish but manager doesn’t start until 1. No wonder the staff is under trained. The wifi doesn’t work. You get routed to white screen that doesn’t load.
