Had a horrible experience with the Young white girl with the blonde hair. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I come to this location All the time and the management is generally very respectful and nice. It’s unfortunate that on the days that management cannot be there. They have these young kids working in the restaurant who are extremely incapable of performing their position. I went through the drive-through two times. The first time I attempted to order an item that I guess don’t exist anymore. One of the employees said that they change the menu all the time and I understood that. I also apologize because I know how it is for customers too be consistently needy. I ended up going back through a second time because my daughter wanted a nacho box and they kept jumping on the mic as if I was the problem to try to correct what I should be ordering. As I got to the window, I payed for the food and apologized again for Not understanding the menu items. I was told that it was OK and no problems to have a blessed day. As I was leaving, my daughter, checked her food and she had a complaint that there was barely any cheese or anything on the nachos. I took it back inside and I was very nice about it. I smiled and said I promise I will leave after this jokingly , but can you guys please put a little bit more meat and cheese on these nachos. Take it the box was $10. A young white girl yelled from the back “that’s our portions” “NOOO”. At the point I was extremely upset because who are you talking to? Like I explained to them you have customers patronizing your establishment you do not talk to customers like that. I can see if I came in and was angry or had a attitude, but I was smiling and nice about it the entire time and this is your response now I want my money back. The young white boy rang me up for a refund and was yelling at me asking me if I want to cash or card . Not sure if he was yelling because he was nervous because of all the ruckus that was going around or if he was just being disrespectful. At this point, I will never return. I know the managers for the establishment and I have dealt with them in the past and they are very nice and sweet( unless their is new management Within the last 30 days). But I can promise you I will not be returning until they hire individuals who don’t mind coming to work and talking to customers nicely. P.s Retraining is needed A.S.A.P

Not only did I pull up and was told they were only doing mobile orders and door dash i pulled up 3hrs before they closed. Literally made me pull to the parking lot and put an order in on my phone. THEN it took like 10 minutes at the windows waiting for it. And to top it off they gave us none of the sauces we want and the chips to our nachos were stale.

Be ready to have your entire order wrong. Its actually baffling how bad the service is here. The Employees that work here at night literally cannot read. I am not exaggerating. The words “No lettuce” is a foreign language to them despite the words being directly in front of them. This happens every single time I come here. Fool me once…
Worst part is i ordered through Uber eats who refuses to give me a refund, so now I’m just screwed. Management must be terrible to keep allowing this. What a pathetic Fast food joint.

I ordered two potato tacos, and I barely got potato in my tacos and the sauce was just on one side of the tortilla. So when I took a bite, it was just full of sauce. Just really disappointing. Sometimes this location is on point and then others I barely get anything in my tortilla. It really is a 50-50 chance with this place. Another thing that annoys me about the situation is, I was the only person in the drive-through and there was barely anybody inside, it’s memorial day. So I don’t understand why my food had to be made this sloppy if there wasn’t even in a rush..

It was my first time at this Taco Bell location and they still provide top exceptional service.
The first thing I noticed was the kiosk/app that you order from as soon as you enter the restaurant. You can customize your order and look through all the different options from their menu. After you place your order you can sit down and admire the artwork displayed on their taco covered walls.
I LOVE TACO BELL. Everything on their menu is good. I can’t name just one thing, because I have so many favorites. However if you want to start off with their crunchy supreme taco or their chicken chalupa supreme you can.
I’ve been coming here for so many years, this Taco Bell location will continue to be one of my favorite spots to order my favorite fast food Taco Bell…to me you created your own category of taco service to the community.

All of my food was in the bag which is surprising for fast food places these days. I appreciate that. However tacos were mushy as if they were pre-made way earlier. Overall its taco bell… and this one did a decent job.

Before I give the negative part of my visit ill say the 1 good thing I saw, the manager at the time of my visit was phenomenal. He kept pushing them to work hard and efficiently as a team he encouraged them during their busy dinner rush however I will never come back here. I only ordered 2 drinks no food yet somehow my ordered kept getting over looked . While I stood there watching everyone work I saw people touching garbage, picking stuff up from the floor, scratching their back and then making food. I was so disgusted, then when I finally questioned why everyelse that ordered after me was getting service before I did this young worker decided to give an attitude and eye roll all because I questioned how much longer. I was tempted to walk out and not even care about a refund. This location needs serious help and an attitude adjustment. Again kudos to the manager for being a hard worker.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is not the 1st time I’ve encountered this rude and very unprofessional manager. I called in an UberEats order missing an item. This woman proceeds to scream in my ear over talks me and hangs up. I call back as soon as I say did you just hang up on me? She proceeds to scream over and over again like a mad woman. I tell her I’ll be at the store and you talk to me like you just did on the phone. Long story short She ain’t have nothing to say when I got there and hid in the back of the store. I’ll be reporting her behavior to corporate and regional managers and whoever else will listen. This franchise is a joke. And she’s is a joke. Don’t go here if you can help it.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but this takes the cake. Let’s start from the beginning. I saw on the app a deal meal for 2 for only 12.50. Thought it was a great deal. I placed order. It was easy to get. I get to drive thru to get my order. Waiting for lady in front of me to get help. She sat there for almost two minutes before they took her order. Finally I tell I’m here to get order. Everything on board is correct. I kid you not I waited 5 minutes for lady to get her order. Mine was ready right away but I seen people leaving the line do to slowness. Now this is my reason for the 2. Remember the 80s the delicious tacos. Welp keep those memories cause the food is tasteless. Taste like my mom turkey tacos. But at least she puts flavor in her tacos. Tasteless and bland. I predict all Taco Bell will be closing soon. Sorry but never returning again. No thank you eww
