So, there is a lot going on here. The good. Clean restroom, hot food. The bad: Customer service. As you can see, the manager was either wrapped up in a casual conversation with her coworker or fixated on her phone as pictured. I walked up to the counter to get my drink and she was wrapped up in one of those conversations. Stood there and wait. They broke the conversation and the dude she was taking to didn’t even notice me standing there. Terrible leadership. Meanwhile, the dinning area is in need of a quick 5-10 minute clean up. I brought to her attention that the katchup dispenser needed filling. Before I could finish she offered packets. No one changed it while I was there. Seems like two people had ample time to handle it. The soda fountain…all the syrup needs replacing. Except for the Root beer. I also placed an order for dine in and as you can see, it was bagged up. Lazy.
If yall work in the industry, I advise yall toyou tighten up. I’m calling out all shenanigans. This was Valentine’s Day at 1:48 pm.

People are so sweet and nice.Food very very hot and good. I come every days for my meals so nice and cheap and affordable for good amount of food. I definitely recommend!!!!! Go there right now. Thank you. Look at my beautiful sandwich:)))

I had a really good experience at this Burger King. Even though they were clearly short-staffed, the young employees working there did an amazing job. They were fast, polite, and stayed focused under pressure. A young boy working there was especially polite and awesome, which really stood out and made the experience even better. My order came out quickly and was made right, and everyone had a great attitude the whole time. Big credit to the team for keeping things running smoothly despite being short on staff.

Drove out of my way to avoid the Burger King by Potomac Mills mall and this was just as bad. Slowwwww. Why are the Burger Kings in this area so slow and horrible now? A few years ago they had so much to offer. Clean restaurants, happy employees, faster service. Now its horrible. Food was dry and service was so slow. No receipt so have to leave my review here.

This burger king is so hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, more often than not its bad. From cold fries to ordering an Impossible Burger as a vegan and receiving a regular whopper,, most times I go 6 miles out the way to another location just for consistency.

Fries were decent, my chicken nuggets were tasty, but my bacon king cheeseburger was COLD!!! The meat was luke warm, the cheese had partially melted, the bun was very cold, it hadn’t been toasted. It killed the burger. This one definitely wasn’t the King.

This Burger King is near me. I have frequented this location for the past 5 years. They have made many changes in their employees through out the years. I have not been inside. The drive through can be perilous due to the potholes that appear from time to time. My most recent visit the potholes were filled. The food is good and hot. The Dr. Pepper isn’t always mixed correctly. That is something that is discovered until I get home. I just pour it out. The coke and sprite are always good. The wait is minimal and the staff is friendly even when they are short handed.

It improved a lot since last few months. New construction and new management. Place is very clean obviously new construction and all new interior so as expected. Most importantly avoid drive thru at all. Food quality is good though. I will recommend breakfast over McDonalds breakfast.

Just discussing. The bread was hard as a rock and the hamburger patty was old and rubbery. The cashiers didn’t even speak at the window. Looks like no one wanted to even be there. I asked for a refund and I didn’t get a apology or anything. You all need to hire people who want to work. Who serves this to customers??? I won’t be going back.
