Very nice Little Caesars. This location is open until 11, so they got my business over another nearby location that closed at 10. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the EMB pizza I ordered was ready in 10 minutes and tasted great.

Ordered online, arrived and the store was empty, yet waited 43 minutes for my pizzas. They were cold when finally handed to me. The employee was polite and offered a soda for the delay, which I appreciate. But long wait times and cold food defeat the purpose of ordering ahead. Definitely needs improvement.

Ronald C is the man. I’m vegan, and typically have to put in a complicated order, and I’m used to being unsatisfied when I receive my food. Ronald made sure that wasnt going to happen. He informed me that they initially made my pizza wrong, and that it’ll be a longer wait. No issues whatsoever, I’d rather wait longer than receive unsatisfactory food. This was by far the BEST vegan order I ever had from Little Caesars. Plenty of marinara on the pizza, bread sticks very buttery (as the butter is vegan here) and with no Parm, perfect! I’ve never received my order this well at any other location. I appreciate the meticulous nature of Ronald C ensuring my order was made promptly, but more importantly, correctly.

Food was not bad, unfortunately was not warm at all when picked it up. If it was at least a little bit warm, then would’ve been huge difference in my review. I think the tracker on the website,that tells you when your food is done being prepared and then ready, wasn’t refreshing. Or the staff didn’t refresh it, I’m not sure. But until I was at the restaurant to pick it up, as I was inside receiving it, then it suddenly refreshed and kicked in to show me that it was done and ready to be picked up. which I would assume was why it was no longer warm. Seemed to be kinda busier then not I’d say.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. When I got the pizza there was a paper on top of the pizza and I said I ordered a large pepperoni pizza then when I got to my hotel I opened the box of pizza and they ended up giving me cheese pizza not pepperoni pizza. Theses workers need to do better this is unacceptable

Probably one of the worst little Caesars in town. Got an order of bread sticks that had been sitting on the counter getting cold. There was maybe only 4 bread sticks in the bag, they were burnt and didn’t taste very good. When I went in to get my order, there was about 5 people in there, waited 10 minutes for my order that they say couldn’t put In the portal, but kept on the cold counter in the back, at least put the order in a warmer.

This place sucks! Never enough staff, leaves your pizzas out to get cold. Doesn’t use their pizza portal and always has people waiting and only has one person at the counter! I’d go somewhere else!

It wasn’t a bad spot used to be hot and ready definitely if you did it through the app. Now you show up to wait even longer than 15 minutes. just to get cold food! most of the time because the guy running the front desk can’t get in the back and help people or put the Finish Pizza in the nice heated oven that keeps things warm. Seems like only in the middle of the afternoon when management is there that thing run somewhat smooth. at night time it is a mess
