Amazing staff and the food was great! Thanks for being a cool down to earth spot. So glad we stopped here. The fried green beans blew my mind haha. Definitely my favorite thing. Also ordered the vegan burger and the Impossible burger. I like that there were both options as a vegetarian. I had been craving a banana shake and was so happy to see it on the menu. Once again amazing hard working staff and got to meet one of the managers Donna, she was very chill. Happy we stopped by and would stop by again when in the area.

It was between Gaithersburg or Rockville location but I decided to go here! The burger and fries were really good but I wish I added cheese to mine. Their strawberry lemonade drink is good. A must get if you come here is their RANCH! Make sure you ask for ranch when you pick up order.

I have been there many times, the food is always good, always, is Always clean and neat I love the place my only issue is the service, probably only one time I was really really happy with the service, otherwise the people are very serious, most of the time they don’t give me the order correctly, the last time I ordered it online and I told the girl that I was missing a soda and she told me no that there was only one without first checking and just walked away, then I called her and showed her that I had paid for the extra soda, she just gave me the cup and walked away again without saying sorry at all. The only problem is usually the service, on the other hand, the burgers are delicious.

Great burgers, great service. You can tell this chain is from California and stays true to its roots. The burgers are amazing, I haven’t had a good burger in such a long time. It has so much flavor and is juicy. Fries were good, a bit salty, but that’s my fault (order with less salt or no salt). Service is pretty fast. Will definitely be back!!!

Had the mushroom burger with bacon and a side of regular fries. The burger was tasty but well done so didn’t get to experience the meat’s juicy flavor from being cooked medium well. The fries were too expensive for the size. For 3 dollars and something I was expecting the fries to come in the burger container size. Overall still good experience.

This was my first time here… I read some of the latest reviews and it looked promising. The meal deal is a good value for $10. The burger was fresh, hot, and tasty. The fries were good, but I may try the onion rings next time. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and their selection of drinks (three different ice teas and two different lemonades) was a pleasant surprise. Overall, highly recommend.

Burgers are extremely dry and tasteless! Why? We tried 3 different burgers, they were all bad and dead. Not sure if they overcook or they already come cooked frozen. You need to look into this.
