They have their lobby closed at at 10AM and their general manager is in there on his laptop he waved for me to walk around and he didn’t open the doors for me then still. They insisted I use the drive through when I really had to use the bathroom. This is ridiculous and I don’t recommend anyone to go here, if their service in general is that bad you know the food has got to be worse. 6/24/23 the manager should be held accountable for that.the experience I got shown Pure laziness in the least.

My daughter ordered a bacon nater fries it was supposed have cheese sauce and chopped bacon, but it came out with cold fries and shredded cheese that could not be melted on cold fries and the bacon was 2 slice crissed crossed. that’s false advertising.

Do not order any food at this location. It is disgusting. We had to take our order back to be charged for extra stuff. Received order again fries was cold. After taking food back they was nasty and wanted to argue about the incorrect order. The customer service was horrible. I will never get food at this location!

Only had 2 small slices of bacon on my baconator sandwich but it was still good. However the cashier whom I assume was a manager was more than rude and after my friend asked twice for ketchup, we realized she still didn’t put any in the bag after we had pulled off. She clearly lacks in customer service. I was going to take my sandwich back but I was starving.

This place is awful. Went to the bathroom first and the floors were very sticky. They must not clean their mop very often. Walked to the dining room to order and it is carpeted. Also nasty. Was going to order dinner but at this point I was considering walking out. So I ordered a chocolate frosty instead. The woman at the counter – who was polite- informed me that they were out of vanilla. How does Wendy’s run out of vanilla? Went to sit and eat and noticed the soda machine was also out of order the whole time I was there. A service man was working on it. Back out to the parking lot. .. cigarette butts all over the front door area and potholes in the parking lot. I don’t know how this place keeps their franchise. Literally the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.
