They have okay food, but I just don’t like the service and attitudes I get sometimes. A few times that I’ve visited along with the last visit, I get poor customer service. On more than a few occasions I wished the drive thru workers to have a good day and thank them for handing me my food, but in return they just rolled their eyes and shut the sliding door in my face. I’ve even witnessed an employee muttering under their breath and rolling their eyes when I simply asked for a couple packets of ketchup.

At approximately 12:04 am on August 24th 2023 your closing staff refused service through the drive thru the restaurant closes at 0100am when we pulled up they turned off all of the lights to the drive thru menu and inside even though there was still staff clocked in and present in the establishment. Extremely unprofessional and every employee including shift lead/manager should obtain disciplinary actions for turning away a customer and money from your restaurant that closes at 0100 am in sure the owner would not like that his employees are turning away customers who want to spend money at this establishment

It was exactly what you expect at Wendy’s. We went during the lunch rush and they did a great job. Employees were kind and corrected an error quickly. It was very busy and they were doing a great job keeping up.

I’m going to give them no stars because they closed 30 minutes early. Didn’t get a chance to place an order. Seeing workers in there and they hiding once the cars come through the drive thru.

I’d like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I’m done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseball pitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. I asked if she was having a good night, that’s when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or act bothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh. NOT! Cheese wasn’t melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a long day. I showed respect with “yes ma’am, please” but it wasn’t enough for the order takers attitude to change.

The manager Janice has a nasty attitude yelling and talking to other employees like they are beneath her. If Janice don’t want to work with younger people then Janice need to work at a retirement home in the cafeteria. Seems like that’s all she’s qualified to do. Janice need to know her attitude determines her direction.
