Employees always very rude and short with customers ! Especially drive thru ! Also bathrooms are disgusting !!! Waited for male stall today and a male employee came out and had left urine all over the seat and proceeded out the restroom with out washing hands. They need to work on their drive thru. Ask if that is all before totaling an order, kind of a basic customer service skill. Additionally don’t audibly sigh into the intercom and speak rudely and agitatedly to a very polite and patient customer due to something that is your wrong doing. Food was not cooked well. At this point, they could use some strong oversight and leadership. Do better or hire better.
