I helped my parents out going up and picking up their beef. My experience was absolutely perfect. There is a nice gal Who checked me out in a really handsome young man who insisted on carrying everything to the car and helping us load. You can buy frozen meats which works well because they are fresher when they are frozen immediately after they are butchered. No more wondering what happened to your fresh meat as it was shipped too many miles before you bought it in the supermarket. One of Ephraim’s best kept secrets. They also offer harvesting of meat animals you have raised yourself.
