Lily was the only worker who did her job. I’d fire everyone else, including te dishwasher. The food was miodocre. The beer glass was dirty with lipstick remaining. We had to ask for menus twice. At least Lily was responsive. The core problem? They receive an 18 percent gratuity no matter what. What is the incentive to work hard if the gratuity is 18 percent guaranteed?

I never post reviews. Never. But I have no idea how this place gets any 5 star reviews. We were there last night. Waited a half an hour before our server even came over to get our drink orders. He kept saying he’ll be right back and never brought what we needed or asked for. We had to ask 3 different people for silverware. We had to stop whoever was walking by just to get a drink. When the food did come out after 45 minutes it got spilled all over the table by the person who brought it. They didn’t even come clean it up we had to do it ourselves. The fish made my mother in law sick. Half of my order was missing and I got charged extra for a side even though my meal came with the side. I was so ready to go I just paid it because I’d have to wait another hour to even find the server. This place is the worst. Over $200 for 4 no people and horrible service. I will never go back there.

After a not so good experience at a near by restaurant. Trails End was a much better experience. Celine our waitress did a phenomenal job and the other were great also! You can also choose to dine outside and enjoy the nice view of the Poconos exactly what we came for.

Awesome cozy little spot indoor or outdoor. Tuesday was reggae night and oh boy did we REGGAE. Perfect strangers but everyone ( at the bar) was friendly. And yes we cut the rug!!
