If you could do a zero stars I would. absolutely ridiculous. Never been to Tim hortons but I won’t go again. All the people there are just absolutely rude. The lady taking our order was an a** and the people inside were rude and look like they absolutely hated their job and didn’t want to be there. I could barley look at the menu to order. Can’t believe the management even hire them. They need to change the people in there or just get rid of the location. That’s how I feel about it. I should have just went to McDonalds least I would have gotten treated nicer and got better food.

I work at the greene so this location is convenient but I will never go there again. My refresher is never mixed properly the people are beyond rude. My avocado toast was soggy multiple times. I just refuse to waste any more of my money at this location. I’ll just stick to the one by my house

I watched thru the window as the worker wiped his nose then proceeded to prep whatever it was he was prepping. Ewwww. I asked for my bagel to be toasted. It wasn’t. They charged me nearly $2.00 for cream cheese and there wasn’t enough on both halves to rqual a teaspoon. I ordered an iced cappuccino. It was the lightest one I’ve ever received. It tastes like almost pure cream. For nearly 10.00, I feel I was super ripped off. I will not revisit the location on Dorothy Lane/Indian Ripple next to The Greene. So disappointed.

my donut was stale, no sugar in my iced mocha it’s completely bitter, there was a hair in the icing on my donut, the worker kept getting what i was saying wrong, the bathroom stall i went it didn’t have a lock. i don’t recommend.

We ordered a bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, along with a donut and a large regular coke. No one said anything about them being out of coke. We received a bagel sandwich with barely cooked bacon, no cheese, a hash brown, and a large diet coke. Our other order was mostly right but got sausage instead of bacon. Had to wait forever to get not what we asked for. If they had been up front about the coke, I would have had a chance to order something different and not be so dissatisfied with my order. It is deceptive to hand someone a diet coke saying it is a regular coke. Also, a hash brown is not a donut. The Tim Hortons on Fairfield is soooooooo much better.

Not sure who the employee was working today (December 30, 3:06 pm), but I’m pretty sure he was the only employee in the restaurant. I just think he should be recognized. He had such a good attitude, and everything we ordered was hot, fresh and good quality.

Went there today for a coffee and a sausage patty on an English muffin, they gave me a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese. Called and talked to the manager, Latoya, and she said I would have to come back to get the sandwich remade. I was 20 minutes away already. I asked her just to credit my card, and she said she couldn’t do it without me coming back. Poor customer service. Companies either using excuses like that, or not giving their managers the ability to do what’s right.

It was okay, but you might as well go to the Starbucks across the street. It wasnt busy and our food was given to us without our coffees or donuts. We waited for about 15 minutes and it turns out they had just completely forgotten about us. Everything tasted good when we got it though!

Clean the ladies bathroom ! I can’t believe the condition of the ladies room. I understand nobody wants to clean it but somebody has to do it? Who owns this place!? Absolutely shameful. I can’t believe the employees will use the restroom but they will not clean it? Hire a maid service or something.
