The Twisted Crab pickup was just as ordered! The KING CRAB LEGS were good and the T6 – 1 PC LOBSTER TAIL, 5 PC SCALLOPS, 1/2 LB SHRIMP W. NO HEAD, 1/2 LB BLACK MUSSELS was delicious! Very plentiful! RECOMMENDED!!!

New restaurant in Norfolk but good reputation. I had to try it and have the experience of this southern cuisine wich for some people is great but my European roots are kind of different. The stuff was great and attentive. The mgr was incredible . The food it was good as I said so I am not regretting trying it. Not my cup of tea but if you like this kind of food you will love it. Enjoy it .

This is one of the WORST Twisted Crabs I’ve visited. And the owners being Filipino not trying to be funny didn’t make it any better. They’re crab boil menu’s are wayyy over cooked – and the sauce is soupy. Tooo soupy…I guess people in the area don’t wanna drive to Virginia Beach. But Virginia Beach is the place to go for the Twisted Crab Boils…This particular location in Diwn town Norfolk is NOT satisfactory. And the owners have the ordasity to NOT come out from the back and at least address your complaint. I specifically told my hostess to let them know I my self and my wife and family will NEVER return. Crab meat over cooked drinks over priced…Crab boil sauce wayyy to soupy, sausages which are pork…undercooked kernels were hard. And the owners have the attitude like ” OH WELL ” For people who run businesses like that. I take my dollars ELSEWHERE….and I suggest you do the same. Good day!

I was excited to try this place. Walked in on 7/3 at 4:15. We were sat almost immediately with menus. There were two other tables sat in the whole place, one with food and the other with drinks, not busy at all. 20 minutes later we still had not spoken to anyone for even a drink order, but we did see 4 staff standing in the back talking, two of which on their phones. So we just left. You can skip this place. We still had to pay the parking garage fee even though we were just under 30 minutes, so thanks Twisted Crab for a complete waste of time and money.

Food was decent. Only complaint is my credit card was hacked a few hours after placing my order on the twisted crab website. Thankfully the transaction was declined by my card issuer

The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The crab legs were over cooked. The service was abysmal. Our waitress visited the table maybe three times at most during our entire meal. No glasses from my parties drinks were cleared, leaving an overflow of empty beverages. The restaurant provided paper plates and plastic utensils for a 40 USD meal. Highly recommended to avoid and go to a different venue.
